I logged a compaint for earphone on 10th Jun'22 for my faulty earphone under warranty. Till date(2 Jul), the issue stands unresolved.
I am chasing them on email as CUSTOMER care is ###. No one has come to pick the earphone inspite of multiple reminders. They have generated a AWB number to send through courier but pick up has not yet done. Was this information helpful? |
