My mivi collar flash was having an issue, I write an email for that and i got an email from mivi to fill the details for the warranty thing and details of the product, and after that another email was there to arrange for pickup and acknowledge them after pickup, Pickup was done but no updates after that, They are not replying to any mails and any calls, it's been 5 days since pickup of my product, i certainly need an action asap
