Mivi — I didn't receive product after repairing

I have purchased Mivi Duopods F30 with 42 hours battery from Flipkart on 8th October 2021. I had placed the order on 8th October 2021and I received it on 12th October 2021. This is second time i am facing same problem in same earbuds, I observe that right hand side earbud is not working properly it's sound is cracking again. I feel irritate because it is second time, and i am not using too much. I sent it to them to get warranty on 2nd July, 2022. And they fixed issued and sent me mail on 9th July 2022. And they said that they will ship within 48 hours. Today is 15th July, 2022 i didn't receive any updates till today from that day. They didn't ship it. And didn't send me any updates from that day...i sent them mails lots of time, but i didn't receive any mail from them. Customer service is worst.
