Hi! on 21.09.2022 I bought a new Mivi Blue - F30 Collar Neckband Headset. On 25.05.2022, it stopped working. Then I sent an email on 27.05.2022 to the Mivi team with issue info. after a few mail exchanges, they arranged a pickup and shared the tracking No.. Shipped the product they received it on 09.062022. on 18th got this Dear Raj M, Our test engineer have identified the issue with the product. We have fixed the issue your product will be shipped in 48 hrs.From there No response from them yet. Any help here? Pls Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jul 10, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved After writing here on the forum.. they responded back through email and shipped my repaired product. I have received it today. Thank you so much for your support in resolving my issue. Jul 05, 2022 Updated by Itsmerajm Date I bought it on 21.09.2021
