on 21.09.2022 I bought a new Mivi Blue - F30 Collar Neckband Headset. On 25.05.2022, it stopped working. Then I sent an email on 27.05.2022 to the Mivi team with issue info. after a few mail exchanges, they arranged a pickup and shared the tracking No.. Shipped the product they received it on 09.062022. on 18th got this Dear Raj M,

We have fixed the issue your product will be shipped in 48 hrs.From there No response from them yet.
