I purchased this product in Feb but by the end of July this product starting lagging sound and switched off automatically and the battery also was degraded. my product was under warranty so send them back to mivi for repair/replacement. I gave the product on July 28 and it should have been back in 15 days but they haven't returned my product back. their helpline number does not work neither does their Facebook page. I emailed them like 10 times and every time I just get the same email back saying it is under repair. and I get that reply after 2 weeks.
Now, I don't know how to get my earpods back.
the blue-dart pickup slip for for repair/replacement is in the documents provided

Same issue happened with me also, bluedart pickup was not available at my location so i speedpost the product but now I'm not getting any update either the product is reached to them or not.

I've sent my m20 for repair but nothing has changed except for more scratches on it
