Mivi — order not delivered

I ordered a bluetooth speaker called mivi roam 2 on 15th jan. Order no. R[protected] is not delivered yet to me in Chandrapur Maharashtra so now i dont want any product now i want my money back

I ordered mivi headphone collar 2 on 18 Jan 2021 received mail of confirmation that it will shipped till 25 Jan 2021 and will get tracking id as well but till now nothing get amount deducted as well. While trying to call there customer service they were not bothered to receive it even I mailed them in [protected]@mivi.in they send me ticket mentioning someone will call but still none of them had called yet. Kindly look in this case do the delivery or refund the money back asap

I had ordered mivi speaker 2 months ago now, still not received the order. Contacting ecom Express for shipment status updates the product pickup was cancelled 1 month ago and not able call mivi customer care and contacting via email, they are just pushing the emails by giving the same tracking number which says pickup cancelled. Getting no proper response from support and no product delivery yet even after 2 months of order placing.
