MIVI collar Bluetooth earphones were sent to MVI company for repair in May which has been 2 months. But still Mivi company has no answer. even the e-mail function does not answer it...

This company mail Pickup Date : 09/08/2021 Time : 17.00 PUR : 85255 Ref No : PK792942 AW No : 89228334801 This tracking status is cancelled . Please give me a proper reply... You can track your shipment after 24 hours on https://www.delhivery.com/ . Your tracking number is 1516410297975 but pickup is cancelled so what is this? Please resolve my query...

I ordered my product and i get it on 7 september after that there is some issue in duopods so i replaced the product
Replacement ticket is raised after that i replaced my product on 27th september but still i didnt get my replacement product
Prize of duopods is 999rs in offer
