It is very easy to close the ticket unnessaccary and forcefully without knowing the customer feedback. you guyz have made the process which i didn't see at any organization, you have created your own rules / process and verified so that customer couldn't raise the complaint and if they do so, you can easily reject or ignore through closing the tickets, well ! i understand all this and would like to tell you one thing, don't fool yourself because we are not, do you really thing that soundbar is repaired or you made it more noisy with the distortion sound, team you belongs to this industry and can better judge than a customer, the sound quality wasn't that worst as you made it after repair, i raised a whistle sound complaint as a feedback so that MIVI should improve by getting feedback from the customers, otherwise the 24w sound quality was amazing.
At the end as a customer this wasn't expected from MIVI our Indian company where replacement was required but you repaired and made it worst, now i regret that I raised a complaint and provided my feedback to MIVI.
I wouldn't recommend MIVI, also will escalate it further as much as i can. Was this information helpful? |
