I have purchased a Mivi Collar Flash Bluetooth Earphones on 7th September 2021 from Amazon.
Both side earphones are not working. Not able to hear any audio.
There is no any physical damage in the product.
On 27th Aug 2022, I had sent an email to [protected]@mivi.in & raised my complaint.
On 30th Aug, I received a response on my email from Mivi. Accordingly, I have shared all the required details (product photos, invoice copy, address details) with them.
On 1st Sep they assigned Ticket number #1801113 to my complaint & arranged to pick up my defective product.
On the same day, my product was collected through Bluedart.
On 5th Sep, I sent an email to know the status of my ticket.
On 6th Sep, I've got a reply from Mivi that they received my product & it is under testing & will be tested at the earliest.
On 9th Sep, I've sent an email to know the status but not received any revert from Mivi.
Even on 12th Sep, I have called on Mivi customer care phone number but no response was received from Mivi. My phone was on waiting for executive to talk for more than 20 minutes. finally not received any update. So, once again I've sent email to Mivi for follow-up.
So, I am requesting the consumer complaint team to help in getting a replacement/repair of my product from Mivi at the earliest.
