Samsung Mobile — problem from customer care service
i gave my mobile( samsung corby mate) for repair in service station pune on 31st Aug 2010... til 18th sept dey didnt started d work. n wenever v called dem dey use 2 say come aft 2 days ul get. dey wer very rude 2 me n my mother. i wnt necessary action against such irresponsilbe people who dnt no how 2 wrk n behave wit customers.plz c 2 it dt u tke strict necessary action against dem,

I would fully agree with the above person's complaint as i have had a similar experience i Goa with your service centre in Margao run by Mr. Ruben Valadares, who i must say has absolutely no manners to speak to customers. he is there to help and not insult and i think he needs to be dealt with before he becomes the cause of people not wanting to buy any samsung products. having used the most foul language that too to two ladies, he has some nerve to run that centre and the girls too working there have an attitude which says that they are doing the customers a favour. it is indeed one of the most horrible experiences i have had and one that should be looked into. this is by far the last samsung product i will ever purchase thanks to Ruben.
