I have booked Hyundai Aura CNG Variant from Modi Hyundai (Thane) 6 month on(29th May) before when 3 months waiting period going and delivery was there in 4th November month 2021 but now they are telling just because of staff miss-communication and misunderstanding we missed your file and unable to allocate car on time and they are now telling to take white color car instead of Grey color so my question was if im paying money then choice is mine.
if your staff has done mistake who will bearer now am suffering literally harassments from your Modi Hyundai (Thane) also my concern was if price will revised who will pay increase amount just because of your mistake im getting in trouble and if customer compromise then Hyundai should compromise regarding price and others things.
Just because of Modi Hyundai staff my plan was drop to buy car from Hyundai brand and i will make sure my friends relatives should not got and booked car from Modi Hyundai (Thane).
Already my loan was approved and down payment is ready to pay but now they are telling we are unbale to process your car.
Kindly take action against staff and allocate my car on time which was mention above.
