Dear madam/sir
we have given a complaint of quality complaint in a shirt to company in three month of time. But company is not agree as they telling their policy to not entertain any complaint after three months. While we were already in touch with showroom peoples.
And after refused by them we forwarded same to company.
Please help.

You can check the product first then decide whether complaint is genuine or not.

I know only this, Product is Branded, Costly and washed only thrice and met
with size 40 from 42. Now I have taken back this gift from my Dad.
I am also in a reputed company and in dealing customer care also, but

This is to inform you that I have bought a short @ 1296/-, Size 42 for my
father. I have given gift to my father this shirt and he wear in two yo
three month of time by chance.
Now they washed same two to three times only and shrinked to 38 or 39. We
are very much surprised to know this as branded cloth can't perform like
that.
My father visited showroom for the complaint but they refused at all to
entertain, even they said you would be alter the same shirt.
How could they do.
Please take it positive and reply with action.
