I recently purchased a sweatshirt (Item Code: MEN'S SWEAT SHIRT-RN-F/S 2 42) from MONTE CARLO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM located at 84-SCF, FIRST FLOOR, RAJGURU MARKET, HISAR.
Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the sweatshirt I purchased is defective, and the fabric appears to be in poor condition.
I reached Monte Carlo retail store and they asked me to reach out customer service, which took me few days to gether details and reach out cosumer helpdesk via email (as noone answer's the phone). Though Monte Carlo denied the exchange/refund request.
