Today, i. E on 22/5/19 i visited moolchand hospital with my 1 and 1/2 year old grandson. He was having vomiting and loose motion for last 3 days.
I took him to emergency, one lady in kaftan was siting there. We talked to her. She was taking the things very lightly. She said go and pay money first. I went to counter and paid rs. 1000/- vide receipt date 22/52019 at 1:50 pm. Uhid:[protected].
Then one doctor came with the hands in the pocket and asked who is the patient. We told about the grandson. He just went to the bed and did not check him up at all, still hands in the pocket, and said he has to be admitted. So they sent us to admission department and they asked us to deposit rs. 20, 000/- then the treatment will start.
So i took back my grand son and requested them very sincerely to refund my my rs. 1000/- back as we could not afford rs. 20, 000/-.. Tell me is this a hospital or a business center. Instead of taking care of a child they want money and nobody touched him.
This is not a hospital in true sense. They are butchers.
I took my child to holy family hospital in emergency. They charged only rs. 400/- and checked him very well and now with the grace of god my child is alright.
Tell me why an action should not be taken against moolchand. I want my rs. 1000/- back.

    My father is a central govt employee. He was admitted in moolchand icu and got discharged after 15 days. Then after we went dere 3 times for follow ups and doctor advised for medical bed rest during followups as that time my father were gradually recovering from illness.in our third visit we requested doctor to provide us medical and fitness certificate as my father was feeling better and wanted to resume duty. Doctor said ok and he had signed both certificates and said that might be you would face problem for getting medical certificates as medical superdt. Would not sign for the back dates rest. Then i wrote a letter to the ms to kindly provide us both certificates as we were not aware of this process. Ms refused to sign and several times i went there to get the certificates but no one bothering it. Even they are not giving fitness certificates though entire treatment of my father was done from the hospital.

    When i asked them to issue ftc as my father wants to resume duty. Again they refused to issue as now they are saying if mc is not issued so we cannot issue fc too.

    This is really ridiculous and ms of the hospital is mental harrasing us. I would suggest everyone please dont go this hospital as in lieu of treatment they are enforcing us to go and attempt for suicide.

    Worst experience ever!!!

      not provided treatment as per cghs rate

      I am central govt. Employee and having valid cghs card for the self and family. I went to moolchand hospital, lajpat nagarin opd for treatment of my daughter, where my cghs card was not entertained and charged by the hospital at the normal rates.
      I repeatedly requested to management for giving the reason for not entertaining cghs card as this is cghs empanelled hospital. Hospital and the concerned dr. Refused to give any reason in...

      I had submitted an application to get reports of my wife and child, to get the medical re-imbursement. It has been a month and i visited the hospital yesterday to get the reports. First u went to helpdesk where i had submitted my application a month back. He asked me to go to mrd office, when i went to mrd office one person who was siting over there told me that, person who keeps the trac of records is on leave as someone have passed in his family. And reports cannot be provided. And he dont have any information when he is going to report. I told him that i need the reports in urgency, but he did nit help me out. And gave me number of digambar who keeps track of record and asked me to contact him directly. And his number is off from yesterday.

      Rwally a disgusting staff and management at moolchand. Even i need registration certifcate of hospital which they provided me after 4 days. Whereas they just need to do a photcopy of same.

      They just want to make money and dont want to provide good services. Worst experience of a hospital.

        Moolchand hospital

        Mr. G. K. Grover went to dr. Harsh kapoor for endoscopy procedure on the 28th march 2018. We got information from dr. Kapoor that mr. Grover is locked in the bathroom. When we got to the hospital we were told that mr. Grover was on his way home & turned back and asked to use the washroom. According to dr. Kapoor they noticed water flowing out of the washroom, and tried to open the door which they found locked. After no response from mr. Grover the security people were called to open the door where they found mr. Grover on the floor.
        I being mr. Grover’s daughter, living in defence colony was at the hospital within 5 minutes, where i was told that "my father is being given emergency treatment & we are trying to revive him".

        The following information is required by me :

        1. I would like to see cctv footage of the ot, the corridor & outside the washroom while they were taking my father to the emergency.
        2. If a person on the floor & being given the emergency treatment why were mr. Grover’s clothes off & no where insight.
        3. Why were mr. Grover’s body was totally cold.
        4. I would like to examine all the preliminary test reports done before the procedures.
        5. Why is their no time mentioned on the endoscopy report?

          Today i have visited moolchand medicity, at 10:30 and took an appointment for dr. Avi kumar. Receptionist told me doctor's visiting time is from 10:00 to 17:00. But till 12:00. Doctor was not in his cabin. After asking from hospital staff, they reply that "he will come". There should be time management.

          Not even a single staff was present their for calling the name of next patient. I have to stay outside the doctor's cabin for 2 hours. From 10:30 to 12:30. There should be a board or sms system. So that the patient will reach their in time. No need to stand in front of doctor's cabin.

          No printer was their, in doctor's cabin. I had to go to other desk to take the printed copy of prescription.

          Food item should me some how cheaper, one coffee for 25/-. Is not fare.

          There should be some discount on the next visit. Because the next visit was due to doctor's call.

          All medical tests was costly than the outside rate.

            I praveen chopra first time come here for dental treatment. This hospital come under the panel of hudco. Here payment is cashless. Hudco provide an employee medical card for treatment. Hudco gives the payment on behalf of employees to hospital. Firstly i take root canal treatment from dr. Ankita sachan, she gives me root canal treatment. This treatment is not successfull. Till date in jan., 2018 she not able to give full treatment. Next step she takes 23, 600 for 6 teeth pool. She takes this payment in advance. Till date in jan., 2018 no treatment given by this dr. Ankita sachan. Next step he prepare the patient for implant treatment. He is very costly treatment. Out of my entitlement. She misguide the patient. This the business of doctor. He takes 92, 260 in advance for implant treatment from my wife's hudco medical card. Next step dr. Manayak singhal is also involve for this treatment. Extraction of teeth. He also generate two or three bills for amounting to rs. 31, 200, 11, 800, and 21, 700 near about. Total amonting to rs, 1, 95, 000 near about. Some duplicate signature bill also found for claim. I praveen chopra belongs to middle class family. I am aware about this higher amount treatment. My wife is entitled only 20, 000 per year from hudco. I cannot afford this higher amount treatment. Next step hudco paid amount to this hospital. Next step recovery will start from my wife's salary. 80 per cent amount deducted from my wife's salary. My wife got only 18, 000/- salary per month. I have three children. All are studying in higher education. I humbly request the chairman of the moolchand hospital re-check all the biils given by this hospital.             I have been charged 2% of the bill amount while paying with credit card on account of bank chanrges. It doesnt make sense becuase OPD doesnt charge anything extra niether have i ever paid anything extra in any other hospital in delhi
            My bill was for about 1 lac and 2% is pretty hefty
            Need to get the reversal

              I was getting ante natal care (Anc) at moolchand with kala-juneja unit from last five months. Suddenly, i was told that there is a shortage of cghs beds in the hospital and it may happen that they cant provide me with bed at the time of delivery. Though, as per the rules, there are no separate beds for cghs patients.
              I was asked to meet mr. Vishal in back office, moolchand. He made it very clear to us that they are getting many cghs patients and there is a shortage of beds for cghs patients, so we must look for other options instead of moolchand hospital.
              This is the most unethical thing one can say to patients. Just because they cant make bills of lakhs in cghs cases, they are denying treatment to cghs patients. If this is the case, why dont they de register themselves from the panel? They are making patients like us suffer in their greed for money.

                There were bed bugs in hospital. After complaint also no body came on that day. No hot water in toilet.in fact toilets were dirty. Nursing staff were not professional. Did not provide good patient service. Pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty. For money charged the management should provide quality.
                Will not prefer this hospital. Rating poor.

                Proof of bed bugs bites. Worst service. Nurses are not professional. Bedsheets are not changed. Post-operative patient care very bad. Does not give service for the money they charge. No hot water in bathrooms. Wardrobe broken. Do not recommend this hospital to anyone. I have seen people shouting and management does not do anything. After complaining so many times, some people came and changed the sofa containing bed bugs. However, i saw the sofa was put in another room without treatment. Guys there are bed bugs in sofa. Be careful.

                    My dad is admitted in the hospital on bed number 125. Since morning we are facing issues related like nurses are not coming on ringing multiple bells and in the evening around 9.20 I have asked nurse to get the patients diaper changed but till 10.50 no one has turned up to change the diaper. Moreover when my mother went to nurse she said that no male staff is available. Also there are issues related to administration like exhaust fan was not working in the toilet. Post multiple complaints exhaust fan was taken out however till date it is not yet been placed back in the toilet.

                    Im staff who had resigned and told me frm HR that the withold salary and security money will get after 45days frm the dt of clearence but the days has over and i went to collect cheque but no progress on this instead poor account branch delay the dt he told to come next week this and that. I didnt mentioned there names...very poor fellow moolchand

                      I was admitted my father Shri. Shankar in moolchand hospital, lajpat nagar, New Delhi on Sunday 24th July, 2016. He has depression and diabetic problems.
                      Still today he is in the hospital but no proper adequate treatment had given. Still diagnosis reports are not given. We also experiencing a delay in meals. There is no doctors/specialist attending the patient in emergency we waited for two days. But they are charging the unreasonable bills.

                      I want the entire reversal for this for the pathetic service provided by the hospital. And please appoint well educated and responsible staffs as your nurse don't know how to inject the insulin.

                      Hi,

                      Our patient Mr. Harry Francis was admitted under doctor Rajesh Kumar's treatment but since day 1 he had a lax behaviour and showed total carelessnes. He gave wrong treatment to the patient due to which his health deteriorated. Eventually, we got the patient discharged from the hospital and advise all the people to avoid this doctor.

                        22nd May, 2015 Sub: Mediclaim Policy No.272300/48/2015/4547 of OIC Claim No.[protected] with Emeditek Dear Sir, I am writing to you with reference to admission of my son Jahid Ali aged 10 years in Moolchand Hospital, New Delhi on 16th May, 2015. He fell from height and broken his both wrists, which caused swelling and deformity b/l wrist and severe pain /bleeding from scalp. Iam holding this Insurance Policy since 2010 and had been advised by Mr J S Dham that it is a Cashless Policy and under the scheme only 10% of the total claim will be paid by me and total claim covered under Policy. “According to Policy’s Terms & Conditions:TPA shall directly settle all bills of admissible amount with the Network Hospitals and insured person may not have to pay such admissible amounts to the hospitals to the extent the claim is covered under the policy.” I would like to bring it to your attention that Moolchand Hospital overcharged me inspite of having cashless policy as mentioned above and as per Policy I am liable to pay only Co Payment 10%. Total Expenses: 47, 321.00 Claim Received: 27, 578.00 Claim No.[protected] I paid : 19, 743.00 A. Amount of Rs.19, 743/- paid by me on the day of admission & on the day of discharge – Receipts are enclosed herewith for your reference. 1.Registration Charges – Rs. 400.00 2.Hand Ap / Oblique - Rs. 375.00 3.Xray -5 - Rs. 2, 625.00 4.Admission Deposit - Rs. 10, 000.00 (adjusted on the discharge day) 5.On Discharge Date - Rs. 6, 343.00 Please note & verify that no surgery took place but Moolchand Hospital wrongly charged the following amount in the final billing amounting to Rs.17, 720/-. I demand refund of these charges immediately. Rs.8, 400/- Surgery charges Rs.9, 320/- Operation Theater According to Hospital they have charged an amount of Rs.16, 343/-, which is non-medical and non payable items & details are: 1.Category Room difference – 5, 403 whereas according to me it should be 3, 300 (2000 permissiable room category & room given was of 3, 100/- category). I was informed on the day of discharge that as per policy entitlement of Room charges are Rs.2, 000/- & they have given Rs.3, 100/- category room as they do not have other low category room. As per policy they must inform the patient at the time of admission. 2.10% Co Payment – Rs.3, 124 - Agreed by me. 3.HIV Test 814.00 – Not Agreed – why did they do this test if not permissible 4.HB1Ag – 651 Not Agreed – why did they do this test if not permissible 5.HEPC -1367 Not Agreed – why did they do this test if not permissible 6.Endoscope- 1260 - Not Agreed – why did they do this test if not permissible & what was the need of this test. 7.Recovery Room-Rs.500 – Not Agreed – he was in the hospital & they charged for Room. 8.Dietician – Rs.400 – Not Agreed- there was no need of this imposed expenses. 9.Pharmacy – Rs.735- Agreed 10.Misc – Rs.600 - ????Not understood & no explanation given by the Hospital 11.Emergency – Rs.1, 489 - Not understood & no explanation given by the Hospital You are requested to take necessary steps to reimburse amount of Rs.9, 184/- + Rs.17, 720 which is wrongly charged from me & I am therefore referring the matter to you for investigation to see if you can help/ resolve this matter else else I will move to the appropriate authorities for corrective action at their end due to overcharging/wrong charging & deficiency in services of Moolchand Hospital /OIC & E Meditek TPA. I have no other option but to take further step to resolve this issue with the competent authorities. Enclosing herewith copies of pre & post admission bills+hospitalization bills+discharge certificste of Moolchand Hospital+medicine bills total amounting to Rs.47, 321/-. Enclosing herewith copy of Saving Bank Passbook and copy of cancelled cheque for reimbursement of overcharged account.                           Dear Moolchand Team, Now its around more than 2 years of pain & the cause of your team I delivered my baby on 2nd feb, 2013 & it was done by operation by doctor kalra & doctor suvakshi, I asked them that due to operation there can be backache issue, but they promised me that this will not happen, Now my whole back is in pain from the day of delivery, i have all proof, i gone many hospital & expensed lots of money due to your team fault but no result as the pain spread all over my back & its not getting less even this is increasing day by day, as per AIIMS hospital this can be converted into PARALAYISE What i do now, Kindly take this forward & resole my issue & ask them to rectify this pain, this is lifetime pain which i cant handle else i will sucide & write a note that moolchand hospital done wrong with me. This pain is not bearable even you people damaged my personal & professional life both, i was keep quite from long as i though that this will get less but no iam unable to live my life happily, now i am having lots of depression in my mind, i m not able to care my little child, they become my life hell Below are my details which is enough for you.                             Patient's pillow had 'BLOOD STAINS' on it, and when we (attendants) confronted the Moolchand's staff members, they showed perfect example o[censored]nprofessional and Irresponsible behavior. Their 'Emergency In-charge' - Elova Nanda, first refused to answer the phone and later called in to say that she will not come for such a trivial issue, have the attendants "write a feedback form".

                            When it comes to money, the staff was very upfront (they even charge you for basic hygiene 'mask' costing Rs.7). Asked for exorbitant Rs.10, 000 (like a 5 star hotel); however, when it came to provide "service" (like 5 star hotel), staff members refused to take the ownership... see how the staff member reacts... when confronted.
