Form mother dairy I bought 4 lassi and 1 cold coffee so I asked him what’s the total I have to pay so he told to pay for only for 4 lassi so two time again I asked again he told me to pay for 4 lassi then he shouts and tells me to pay for cold coffee in a very misbehave way I want to take a strict action against him

    Yesterday evening (3/9/2021) I buy a Full cream Milk Premium of Half kg from Pandav Nagar D park Booth which has expiry of 4/9/2021. When I cut the packet on 4th Morning the milk has chunks of small pieces.
    After that I boiled it and found that it curdle.

      I am Jay Ballav owner of Harsh General store R/O S-127 School Block Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.I would like to inform you that i am not getting milk supply at my store. It's been a long time we have been selling Mother diary product like milk, dahi, lassi, etc.But your distributor name Gopal who provides milk supply is not providing us milk supply at my store.It is very disheartened to not able to provide product to our customers.Since lockdown we have been providing good business to you by selling your products more.

      It's a humble request to please look into this matter and provide us milk supply at our store.

        The milk quality is going worst and worst the cream is not present in milk the tea which is made from full cream milk is like tea made with milk powder.

            I bought a packet of paneer 200 gm on 15th of August 2021 whose MFG date was 10th of August 2021 (best before 15 days of manufacturing date) and I opened it yesterday and I found that its smell is not right and I taste sour and bitter so that was expired before it's expiry date help me in this issue

              Today at 22/08/2021, at 6:45, the booth keeper behaved very rudely and even refused to give the asked things. He was not even following the line procedure. Booth number-781 in dda market vasundhra Enclave delhi-96, near maharaja agresean college. I seema Walia need a strict action against this kind of behavior.

                Hi,
                I bought mother dairy Full cream milk dated 21st aug'21 from a shop near me. But the milk turned into curd as soon as i boiled it. The shop owner declined changing the packet. Please help me and take strict action against the shop owner.

                  Your booth # 40 situated in Saket Opposite GYAN BHARTI SCHOOL is selling products which are not MANUFACTURED/MARKETED by your company(MOTHER DAIRY), have MOTHER DAIRY collaborated with some companies which are shown in the attachments and let me tell you that in last 15 days MCD has taken some empty trays & the stand which you have newly launched BREAD.

                  It's a big shame that MCD has taken any stuff from your any outlets in Delhi, it is a big BLOT in future of your company .

                        I bought a packet of cheese cubes on 16 August, 2021 from Reliance Jio store located in Paschim Vihar. A day later, I ate the first cube. After a short while, I started having food poisoning symptoms . Now my condition has worsened and I am suffering from food poisoning. When I opened another cube, I saw fungus on it. I immediately threw it away. I found fungus on one other cube as well. The packet I bought had 10 Dec, 2020 as it's manufacturing date.

                          Vendor in Mother Dairy Booth 78 always say more price than MRP and try to loot customers.We have to be extra cautious, not to get looted, especially when buying multiple things. Please take sufficient action and stop this behavior.

                                  At the beginning of dairy we got time was 7:15 am. But now a days this time change it is 6 am, so many farmers cannot reach to dairy at that time, because their farms are about 3 to 4 km away from Dairy. So because, they are not able to reach the dairy at time so their milk is waste. Because of that so many people are there whose food is based on milk selling. So I owner of mother dairy sindi umari Mr. Fanendra bhaiyyaji Bondre is requesting you that please change out morning time. We request to you that please change time of 6 am to 7:15 am so that farmer can reach to dairy and their milk is not become waste

                                      Sir,

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that the machines at Booth No. 649 situated at Madipur Colony (Pincode: 110063) are not functioning well as the token gets stuck in the machine or sometimes milk doesn’t dispense after inserting the token.

                                      I and other people always complain to the person at the token counter in this regard with the request to repair the machine as problems are being faced. In reply he and another boy working at the booth talk arrogantly. Sometimes they abuse the poor and the ladies. The main problem is being faced in the first machine from the left. Despite many requests the problem has not been resolved.

                                      Moreover, sometimes the quantity and quality of milk also differs.

                                      Therefore, you are requested to do the needful/or direct the person concerned/or responsible to resolve the problem.
