I have submitted my phone moto g 3rd gen in warranty to the service center on 5th march with job id - zst/mg/15/10179 for an issue of phone showing charging problem and getting off every now and then and was told by service center that this will be resolved within 7 days.
I didn’t receive any communication from them and when i contacted, i was told that the part needs to be changed and we are waiting for the part.
I also reached the moto tech support number [protected] on 15 march and raised my concern for same with ticket number[protected] and they said that concerned department will reach me in 3 days, to which didn’t happen.
On continuously inquiring i am being told that the part is currently not available and would be replaced by 15 april, which is more than a month.
My concern is how thy can actually make a consumer wait for more than a month to get a part replaced, when your actual tat to this is 15 days.
If they do not have a part they should replace the phone as it’s in warranty.

Every time the customer care representative tell me that they cannot actually transfer my call to higher authorities, so i am posting it here.

    I had some issue with my moto e 2nd generation and therefore I had called customer care service to know service center nearby and I found no service center in my city so I asked for solution which they said to go to another city which is very difficult for me kindly provide a fair solution as my warranty period is expiring next month

      My motog3 mobile charger is broken and i need a new charger which i requested to service center and customer care. Since 30 days the reply from service center and customer care is stock not available. Motorola is selling the goods but not looking after the after sales service and spares availability. And even they are not confirming the expected date of stock. Since years motorola entered indian market but not at all caring about spares to customers. When called to the concerned regional office the reply was " no stock and cannot assure time about the availability of stock". And even motorola india website is also outdated.

        My phone display coming in front little bit by a corner so i go for B2X service center so there i sumit my phone but after 2 days they give me phone back and said me that YOUR PHONE IS REPAIRED but they didn't repair it .
        Then next day i go for center again then after 30 mins they give me phone and said it is repaired but i told them still there is a big gap and display is coming to front they ignore me and said your phone will work now...they waste my 3-4 days and didn't repair it

          Motorola g3 mobile good working but problem ye hai ki ye moto walone jo android 6.0 version diya hai oh sabse kharab hai usko aap apne mobile main update karte hai toh aap loi bhi data otg cable se transfer nahi kar sakte our aalg se liye huye application support nahi karte or aap moto custmor care se bat karte hai toh wo jawab dete hai ki ye version main aap toda problem hai isi liye aap data transfer nahi kar sakte or dusara version kab aayega ye bhi pata nahi.

            I have purchased a motorolla g3 turbo handset from flipcart..
            Within months o[censored]se the phone started showing problem..
            I claimed the warranty in the customer care "Smart Services" bhubaneswar on 8/1/16 bearing jobsheet no. 6853
            Aftr 2 months of delay they handed me the phone
            And now the speaker doesnt work properly!
            After bringing it to the notice of customer care they behaved very roughly towards me and didn't resolve the in problem!

            Henceforth i wont buy a motorolla handset and advise my friends not to invest on motorolla phones due to poor service

                Sir, I have submitted my Moto G3 Handset on 03/02/2016 at Chandigarh Servic Centre . My Job Sheet No. AMSCHA1490, I got a call from Motorola Customer Care agency on 14/02/2016 nd they said ur phone will be ready on 25/02/2016 and u can collect ur phone too . Bt asusual i did'nt get my Phone ... The service centre officials said that ur New Job Sheet No. Is AMSCHA1640 .. After that i contact Motorola Customer Care agency and they send me a written Email on 27/02/2016 Nd they said u can collect ur Phone within 3 weeks ... I waited ... Nd nw they Are saying they will conact me on 15/03/2016 ... Sir im begging u now plzz return my Phone Plzzz

                  I purchased Moto G turbo mobile handset from flipkart on 01.02 2016.
                  On 28.02.2016 I found that Sim 1 is not detected by the handset. Thinking that Sim insertion in slot could be loose I removed sim from sim slot 1 and one of the connectors came out along with the sim card. I removed the sim just like anyone would remove it...simply by pushing the sim out of the slot with my fingers.
                  Next day, in order to repair it the handset was taken to service centre in Vashi-Navi Mumbai named “New Tech Solution” where the handset was repaired but not under warranty. They claimed that this is physical damage which is not covered under warranty. In my opinion this is a quality issue and must be covered under warranty.
                  I was forced to pay Rs 2250 for the repairs of handset as I was badly in need of it, within a month from the purchase, that too without any fault from my side. The service centre staff continued to claim that there has been physical damage to the handset which is not true.
                  I tried to resolve the issue by discussing my problem with motorola customer care helpline, prior to making the payment, but it didn't help.
                  Subsequently I took up the issue with Motorola by writing an email for refund of repair charges but my request was rejected. Tried to involve Flipkart also by keeping them in Cc but not of any use.
                  This is not justified; Motorola should honour my request and give Refund of Rs. 2250 which was charged by the service centre instead of doing the repairs under warranty.

                    There was a system update on my device this morning so I downloaded it and during installation there was some error now my phone isn't getting switched on. Even since a month or 2 my device isn't detecting SD card. Please revert soon. I am not atol happy with Motorola device

                    Same story here. My Moto E 2nd Gen 4G bought in june 25 2015 developed Speaker problem. After searching for the authorized service center for a week finally found one AP Technologist in Egmore Chennai & gave phone for repair on 1-3-16. 3days later after many calls to the service center I found out that the mother board needs changing. I contacted the Toll free no. of motorolo[protected] & sent email to them to send the mother board . But till date nothing has happened . The service center says unless the motorolo send the mother board they cannot do any thing. My phone is only only 8 months old & covered under warranty.

                      I want to complain that in my moto x play 16 gb mobile, when i get the message, it doesnot disappear from screen and it always remain on. so bettary consumption is more. And when sms comes, my profile turns in to normal mode from vibrate or silent more. That also make me discofort using this phone.

                        Submitted the device on 6th Jan 2016 for paid broken screen repair work. Got a call on mid of Feb saying there is an issue with motherboard. At the time of submission service center said they will perform full check of the phone immediately and after 1.5 months, they said mother board issue. Again a new job sheet got prepared and I was told that within 20 days I will get my phone back. Still didn't got my phone back.

                          Today i went to service centre of motorola in fbd sec 37 they are not giving the bill .the bill was of 250 rs they were saying that i[censored] want the bill then u have to pay 650 rs... strictkly check what is going on...the service of moto phones is very bad..they are unnecesssry harassing the customer

                            Company bas claimed the phone moto g3 is water proof. But it couldn't stand by 30 seconds when it was only washed by water nd your were claiming that it could resist water for 30 minutes in 30mm deep water. Compensate me for your mistake otherwise I have to file a case against your in consumer forum.

                              I bought Motorola x player vide flipkart on[protected].I had inserted two Sims in the sim card slot but the sims could not be detected. Also we are unable to reopen it again with the pin provided to us.Hence we are unable to make any calls using that sim as it is not detectable.I had contacted the local service centre of Motorola in Naval KishoreRoad Lucknow for the same but I am being charged RS 4500 for the same.Is it right to be charged so heavily for a new phone which has hardly been used and there being no fault o[censored]s..kindly respond immediately and advice as to what shall be done as it is hindering my work since a long time..as I am unable to use the sims to make calls or use Internet.

                                I have purchased Moto X Ply on 19th Jan 2016. After 60day the mobile got receiver and Mother Board problem . I have raised the issue to Motorola till date no response from them. They are very rlecutant to response this issue.
                                Going for Motorola is wate of time and money.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam
                                    I purchased MOTO X PLAY XT1562 (BLACK) on 09.11.15, Just Within 2-3 months of purchase it started giving problem of sim card inserting - connecting error, directly gone flight mode, screen touch & memory card not found. I submitted it to service centre on 23.02.16. They said that this is just a minor problem & after formatting my cell it will work properly. And the took my cell and didn’t give me any jobsheet for that after taking 5 days when I go there to collect my cell they said that still the problems are not yet resolved & i came to know that there is also problem in motherboard. Then they again took my cell with them and prepared jobsheet (Number mentioned as below).So i resubmitted my phone on 01st Mar 2016.
                                    They are not responding on proper update on the phone. i request for exchange my phone with the new one and help me to get it done. Otherwise i have to file a case against Motorola and service centre in consumer court.

                                      I submitted my moto 3g for repairing. The mother board is not working. The service center official told your mobile complaint was wifi is not connected related complaint and it is mother board related complaint so i informed to the motorola company for replacing the motherboard. I submitted on 6th february 2016 still now i am not getting my mobile and suitable reply from motorola company and service center. The motorola company cheating the customer and they postpone the date. with out mobile phone i am facing a lot of problems physically, mentally, financially. My name is V.
