I had purchased a MOTO G (3rd Generation) Mobile (IMEI/Serl.No. [protected]) through flipkart com on dated 11.09.2015 invoice.no. CHNPUZHAL[protected]. Unfortunately the handset was not working and I gave it to MOTO G authorized service centre Pune-Pluse EnterprisesSolutions (B2X), Address . Shop No.7, Guard Apartment, 518 Narayan Peth, Near Mod Ganpati Temple, Pune – 411030 on their job card No. AMSPUE001776 dated 11.10.2015 at, 1.04.34pm.
So far so many times I visited the service centre, they told me that, the parts not yet received from the company. After getting the parts they will repair it and give. I also made lot of calls to MOTO G. call centre and they are making me false promises as on date. Please look into the matter at urgent basis and help me get my mobile with immediate effect. Otherwise I, will constrain to take a step to go the consumer court.

    Hi i as given my moto e 2gen mobile to B2X mobile service center at mallerashwaram in Bangalore . for Bluetooth is not working purpose . at[protected] for service . and after that they as taken two days . to check . after that i as gone to service . then also bluetooth was not working . then they told . we what to replace the mother board . and they told . one week time . after that i can them they told more one week time again . when ever i call then they tell . same problem . pls tell me any solvent. and my mobile is in still warranty only .

      My phone moto e model no AP3445AD1KB purchased through flipkart on August 28, 2015 showing display problem. Some times screen is blinking and I cannot see any thing . service centre told is display problem. So please exchange my phone and give me new one. This happens after six months of purchased and on warranty period.

        I visited your service centre at Borivali in Mumbai- Cellular World on 26/12/2016 to rectify the problem with my motoX purchased in May 2014.The problem was SIM NOT REGISTERING. After explaining to your staff that I had already changed the SIM from service provider Vodafone and even tried the new SIM in another handset(it was registering), they still insisted that the problem was with the SIM & after charging diognose charge advised me to get a new sSIM.I did that but the problem was still there. Then on 06/02/2016 I visited your service centre again and this time they said We have to change the SIM tray and if it still does not work then we change the Motherboard.Your Customer Car Rep Prachi then goes on to say that it does not make sense to repair this mobile and adds that if Motorola mobiles work for one year you should be glad & proceeds to make another bill for diagnosis. When I ask her why it was not diagnosed in my earlier visit, she got nasty and said that I did not give them enough time for diagnosis on my earlier visit, when in fact I waited patiently for almost 2 hrs at your service centre and was informed that the mobile was perfectly fine and all I had to do was change the SIM.Even the Manager Rahul refused to meet me
        I am very disappointed with your service and being a loyal customer of Motorola(I have a Moto G and was planning to purchase The Moto X play) am really put off and you can be sure I will never ever purchase another Motorola produced ever.

          Subject- Replacement Of my Moto X play mother board

          I have Purchased a Moto X Play Handset on Oct. 2015 through Flipkart. Since the

          purchase of this handset there was a problem in sim card detection.

          On approaching to the Company´S Service Center at Deccan Pune, I Was

          Sent to at Narayan Peth Branch name B2x Pune on 23/01/2016

          Here after inspecting my mobile, I Was told to purchase a new Motherboard

          which would cost 60% of the total Purchase Amount. which Is not affordable to

          me. Regarding this problem therefore kindly replace my Moto X play’s motherboard

            My Mobile phone Moto 2G is not booting and very slow response during working condition, this is the second time I am facing the issue, first time was year back just month after purchase, where there was hard ware issue in sim card slot.

            I am highly unsatisfied with the quality of the product and not recommend to anyone in future.
            I thought Mototrola Company is known for quality, innovation and technology excellence but with recent issue I have lost all confidence, I am waiting for the response from the service center and waiting for the rectified hand set soon.
            I request concerned authority should look in to my problem and provide me New hand set as a replacement.

                  Hi,

                  I submitted my Moto G3 at B2x service center, chandigarh on 9th January, 2016 as the touch of the handset was not working properly. I have been asked that it will take 15-20 days as they have to replace some part which is at fault. Now even after 20 days of keeping my phone with them, very conveniently they say that the part is still not available. On being in touch with the Motorola service center, they are now saying that they will be able to repair it not before 23rd of February, 2016.
                  I have been wondering how is that possible that company is capable of producing the faulty products and then fooling the customer around for months.

                      I am using moto g3 . After updating to marshmallow the device is lagging too much . Usless update cannot move apps to sd card. If i Power off the phone and then switch it on it takes a way lot of time and after that shows some android 1on 1 finding and doesnt even starts . To start the phone i have to remove my sd card.

                        I had submitted my smartphone on 04.01.16 at B2X Motorola Service Centre, Sree Bhumi, Kolkata due to display problem. They told it will take maximum 20 days to repair because o[censored]navailability of the display part. But till date it is not repaired even display part is also not received to them. Evert time I asked them when display part will come, similarly every time they wants 10 days simultaneously.
                        So how many days it will take to repair??? Kindly confirm me and please do the needful.

                          I just talk to u for my defected charger of moto g-3 phone which i got 2 month before. I just send my charger to swastik system( rohtak) which is your care centre, after 14 days taking my chatger they said that my charge having water inside but the rubbish they are talking about.there is no chance to get water inside the charger because i use my charge carefuly.i am very unsetisfied from your service. So i would request you to change my charge, either i have to go to consumer form for compansate which is a shame on motorola brand.

                            I visited to motorola service centre B2X pitampura delhi regarding my moto g3 phone problem. They told problem is of software as well as the sim slot and both the services are chargeable. My phone is in warranty so why should i pay don't know. I said to tell me detail about this why should i pay for that. They didn't tell me any thing and use bad language.. plz consider this i also launch compaint againt this centre.

                                        Hie I'm Jubilee Madhukar using moto g 3rd generation mobile
                                        After the marshmallow update my mobile is getting immensely heated up while playing games n using messaging apps for 15 and while using mx player I am unable to increase my brightness and some issues
