Dear sir my ivrs code is [protected] and my name is sunil kumar bhagwani resident of khaiber line madhav nagar katni.My problem to mpeb department after oneyear my bill every month charges to mpeb is detail provided.

mpeb may month bill charge to me 1569.Unit & value is 13481/-
whenever bill total april16 to may 17 is mpeb total generate 1569//unit and paid by me to total unit is 1982/ unit diff.Is 413 unit excess paid by me allready, but company may month generate bill is 1569 unit it is not possible
please sir adjuet to by my bill as soon as other wise i wil be consumer forum to fight agains t mpeb
