Hi,

There is a power cut in Vikasnagar area since early morning (6 AM) but there is no information given if any technical fault resolution is going on.
And electricity board has kept their support number on hold since morning, hence we are not able to connect them.
There should be some pre information given to consumers before cutting power.
Please take necessary action.

Respected sir, I want to drag your attention to the high amount of bill we are receiving every month i just want to have a check on this whether there is any issue and also there is frequent power cut in our area that disturbs the daily routine of many people .I request you to please resolve this issue .

I want to inform you that the current reading 839 given in my bill number 8559 is wrong, this reading has been taken by your employee on 25th july 2019today, on 25 august 2019, the current reading 782 of the same meter number 00416505 should be checked on the spot and rectify this mistake. According to your bill number 8559, i have deposited the entire money 9002 /- please correct this mistake and adjust it to the next bill.

I am resident of 40 quarters, koh-e-fiza the street lights of the road are not working since a month. Due to this the residents of the area are facing many problems. It's a request to replace the lights immediately since the people are feeling quite inconvenient for the same and even children are afraid to go out in the dark as there are street dogs all around which are very dangerous for all. I hope that he issue is resolved soon.

Dear sir, i m an ex defence personal.. I m being harassed by mpeb since nov 17. My regular bill since 2016 has always been in the range of[protected], but in nov 17 suddenly the bill amount becomes 22000 which was shocking to me. I reported the matter to mpeb ratlam after 2-3 visits. They replaced my meter and took the older one for testing.. And the test result found ok. Then they told me that your meter is ok and u have to pay 22000 otherwise your connection will be cut.. Now on my another request they sent a team to my home for physically checking the load... But no use the bill is still showing balance 22000. When i visited again they told me to deposit bill except that 22000 and promised me that they will check the meter again. I deposited 4000. But still that bill is pending..
Sir now i want to ask how can one months bill be 22000. Sir i gets 16500 as monthly pension how can i pay 22000 for bill only. They r not ready to consider my reading pattern also. I am frustrated with this behavior and looking at u for some solution... Thanking you

Whenever bill total april16 to may 17 is mpeb total generate 1569//unit and paid by me to total unit is 1982/ unit diff. Is 413 unit excess paid by me allready, but company may month generate bill is 1569 unit it is not possible

Dear sir, the mpeb workers behaviour are very bad with the people. ye log ghar ghar jakar akad ke or dara kar puchte h ki bill bhara kya or bhara to receipt dikhao etc. govt ko online transaction ki facility start krno hi ni chahiye bill payment k liye agr papers ka bundle dikhana pade. mpeb govt employees h to iska matlab public ko pareshan krenge badtameeji se bat krenge.phle in logo ko kahe ki online entry check kre or jisne bill ni bhara to unk ghar jaye sari public ko pareshan na kre.Please strictly take some action.

Dear Sir, .I am getting higher amount bills for the dec16 - Rs.3000/- approx. they provide me continue monthly bill of different units but units not updated in bill for last 6 months and then they calculate all units Earlier my bill was average Rs. 300 /- and I paid online.The amount paid by me has not taken into consideration for last month . thus it burdened me for unnecesorry. Earlier I was getting my average bill of around Rs. 200-300/-...

The matter is – i am a costumer of mpseb since 1992 as you can see on my service number, i am facing now some problem (Which are written below) from mpseb, for the same i informed to j. E. Through writing letter and so many time with telephonic conservation also, but problem still over there.

Problem number -
1. As my last complain ([protected]) was regarding meter installation which is resolve after one month, if meter installation done on the month of july 2016, how you people charge us (Meter charge) since 2014 invoice which i all ready paid. (Kindly find the attached 2014 file,)

2. Meter reader never came to home to take meter reading. As per meter says 80 unit consumption on the date of 21 august 2016, but i got invoice for the 110 unit, how its came, who will ready to deposit these extras unit amounts,

Please register of my complain and give me proper solution as above my problem, i have to deposit my bills which are pending due to above complication, and it will pending until getting proper solution by mp east team,

Dear Sir, .I am getting higher amount bills for the Nov-15 - Rs.6500 approx stating reading taken on 12/09/2015 . the amount paid by me has not taken into consideration for last month . thus it burdened me for unnecessary double payment whih is really unjustified. Hello, I am from Indore and my house number is 450-A Tulsi Nagar near Bombay Hospital. Pin : 452010 I am really fed up with electricity bill. My meter got failed in the month of April 2015. The one who note the reading never bothered to inform about the same and as m working i don't know when they came to note the reading. Nobody informed that meter was failed. I got to know when i got unexpected high bills in month of August and September. Generally when meter was working we were getting bills under Rs 500. Last two month bill was more then 2000 and 4000 RS respectively. Is this not the MPEB responsibility to inform us if meter is not working? What can we do if your new meter gets short, are we responsible for that also? Kindly look into the matter asap plz otherwise I have only option to go and complain higher authorities for the same. Dear Sir, We are live @ 333 Radha Appt, Silicon City Indore. In the year June-12 Builder (Vastu Developers) applied for Common EB Meter for Apartment & MPSEB, Rau Fit the same. But after sold out the flates by Builder (Passassion started Dec-13), we got first MPSEB usage bill after 2 year in the month of Aug-2014 of Rs. 2, 76, 183 with one month penalty Rs. 5949/-, approx such amount mark as penalty every month till the complete amount paid. afterward too much forces builder paid only Rs. 97, 000/- & rest the of 1, 70, 000/- paid by the flate owners within 4-5 months. At this time we have already discussed with MPSEB Team to waiver the penalty amount approx Rs. 25000/-. Which is added in all the bill till the complete amount paid. We have discussed with AE Mr. Jha & other Employee Mr. Rantesh, but every month they disconnect common meter connection As we all from middle class family collect Rs. 12000/- each and paid the amount with the insurance of Rs. 25, 000/- Penalty amount would be wavier by MPSEB. Now MPSEB Team denied to reduce such penalty amount as the Bill generated at once after 2 years else the amount would not be 2.76 thousand. Lines Mhow naka square Indore Pin-452002 their is a one hut in which since last 20 years their is illegal connection of tube well motor of a high power which is used for watter supply in colony where government and non govt. both types of houses uses this tube well according to their wish and one Iron shop is also conducted by a one women who is widow since last 4-5 years... the both are using the power supply of theft such types of activities making harm to our govt. or behind this hut in night drinking and abuse are done by some boys which makes disturb us and since I am girl their are lots of issues of security. So my humbel request is that pls take serious action as soon as possible.. So that we can live our life normally without fear...

I am Rohit Singhai residing in House No 709 milan garh, opposite under construction CHL Hospitel Scheme No 114 part 1, Indore - 452010.We are only two member in house including my wife and only with two person residing the meter reading was 4500 in the month of December which was not at all justified because we are two person in my house and in that i am working member so how 4500 meter reading is possible even we have solar heater installed at our house and to support this very over charged meter reading I can give reference of my previous monthly electric bills in which their is not a single bill more than 300 meter reading in fact in summers also were we use cooler and all.When i approached to MPEB office of my Zone to register my complain they took my meter to MPEB main office for testing over there after testing they told in fact your meter is slow and now they have send me bill of amount 33000 rupees which is not at all rational and justified and i can't pay and wear the amount which is total unnecessarily charged to me please help me...

sir I have purchased flat in silicon city near IPS school.As it is told by builder that electric connection and meter they will provide and they have charged money for that .On completion of flat they hand over the flat on Apr 2011.Since that time electric bill used to come regularly and we deposited money till now. On surprise checked it was found there was no meter alloted to me.Since Apr 2011 to till now i have paid the bill.Sir pls guide and do the needful.
