Cutting of tyre all around from outer face

We were travelling from Jaipur to Lucknow and covered around 450 kms on that particular day including traveling in jaipur. Everything was fine and no suspicion of anything going wrong was felt. Why I/customer pay amount under warranty or guarantee time-period for defective tyre?

My name is Advocate Rishab Jain .
I bought new Tyre of MRF company in 2017 which I bought from Balaghat showroom of MRF .
I found crack in tire in 2022 which was due to lack of quality of tires from company .
I bought tire from MRF showroom so I going to register a complaint.
On the basis of my complaint, I have received a message to give a new tire after paying a fee of Rs 579.
My complaint has been accepted...

MRF tyre damage within short period

I was purchased Honda hornet bike on dt-11.04.2019, in which MRF tyre installed.
Kindly note it is only run 15-20000 km.within this period it was completely damaged observed.
Therefore I am attaching some photos, that is easy to understand.

Claim tyre failed

Car tyre wanderer 235/60 R18 103H

Address: MRF Fasst Track, sector 47 Gurgaon, ph - 959920839

This tyre is part of new XUV7OO Ax 7 delivered in December 2021. One tyre developed a cut on side wall which was shown to MRF after sales at sector 47 Gurgaon. Mr. Aman Tripathy, the MRF official there refused to replace the tyre which is under warranty still.
The cars has not been driven rash or off roads. The cut came up, may be due to a defect. I request to have it replaced. Thanks, Rishi .....

Warranty Refuse by company
