International card still not activated on second device

I have come to realize that you have a lot to improve in resolving issues, and your machine is not worth buying

Last time, I used your machine but totally not satisfied, as you failed to solve the issues we requested for couple of weeks regarding your device,
We requested to activate international card and after 3 months of call and mails it was not activated, and we Recieved mail from you that it can not be activated...

Harassed since 2 years

It is very bad to say that i am complaining 5th time in 2 years but no response has been given to me by your mswipe team...i bought your machine before 2 years but your machine is not working...i am trying to get contact with your team but your helpline no. Does not connect anytime..it creates to much harrasment for me..my 2000/- also stucked...every time i complain i doent get any response..so please help me and comlain a file againt mswipe...

Mswipe Refund for the VOID Transaction

On wednesday 11.08.2021 make a paymnet of rs. 1000 to msw tirlokchand. Which they deducted twice and made a refund of rs 1000 to me but i have not received yet they had shown me approval details which i shared below :

please send me the refund to me asap it been long and your vendor said that he don't know when refund executed i have done it from...

I applied Mswipe Machine on 5th of July-2021 and payment done on 5th July-2021, but still machine not received till date. Each and every time they told within 48 hrs machine provide you but not delivered. Please look into this and resolve...

Multiple transaction on same card Hold of my payment

Respectfully
I explain my registered mobile number in mswipe is [protected]. My transaction payment Rs. 2lakh, + Rs. 2lakh+ Rs. 1lakh + Rs. 1lakh. Total of 6 lakhs ruppes is holded from 16/07/2021 stating that multiple transaction on same card. I also uploaded invoice. Whatever mswipe authority is telling I am doing from past 4 days. Now mswipe are telling that inform custmor card holder to confirm genuineness of transaction OK well...

Unethical behaviour

On 22nd February 2020, I was contacted by MSwipe representative regarding the card swiping machine from Pune office. I was being offered G2 machine at 4400/- for 14 months. He provided me with the following bank details :
KOTAK MAHINDRA ACC : [protected]
ifsc KKBK0001765 under the name of MSWIPE 2TECH PVT LTD PUNE.
I have made the payment through instant transfer on 28th Feb 2020. After that the representative had not...

Vendor complain

I was DSA-185 (VENDOR) in 2017-18.mswipe higher management told me active some device on our name for demonstration purpose.I have activated some device.but with multiple mail n remider not closing device.even i have left vendor ship in 2018.kindly look into matter.otherwise only option to go RBI ombudsman.as per government of India payment and settlement Act 2007.
