The Challan no (MUMCM[protected])
My vehicle no (MH47-BA-3996), yamaha fz25.
This mail is in regards to the wrong vehicle Challan initiated to me.
The image is of Honda Activa, and I own a bike yamaha fz25.
In the attached image it clearly shows about the police van also coming in wrong way, too.
At time of Challan I was at home.
I must appreciate the irresponsible RTO OFFICIAL for initiating wrong Challan to the individual who was at home.
In the image it clearly seems that the vehicle number is too blury, then how the rto official entered my vehicle number. Also while entering the number he gets all the vehicle details and owners details too.
I request you to remove the Challan from my name, and take a relevant action against the RTO OFFICIAL who misused the power.
Foe your reference, I have attached the snapshots. See the attachment properly and read the mail thoroughly, before replying to me.
If the Challan is not removed, I will take a legal action the rto official to nearest police station and also to consumer court.
