Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] Complaints & Reviews

Since last 01 month, There is sewerage overflow problem in front of house no.320, sector 47, Gurugram.

Complete Block "B" of sector 47, gurugram is suffering the same sewerage problem, request to advise authorities to help and sort the problem as difficult to live with such sewerage problem.

Sir my name is ashu. I’m citizen of Chakkarpur gurgaon I’m facing a problem with waste that spreads out near sewage system .it’s smell and many of the disease could happen during this pandemic where we all using mask and avoid these type of diseases.Many of time i asked many mcg volunteers to clean this but none of them help me out they said other mcg employe have duty of this.

Street Light in front of House No.s G-85 & G-86 of "G" Block, South City 2, Sohna Road, Guru gram 122018. As per our assessment there is loose joint in the cable connection at the top of the pole, near light fitting. A mobile extendable ladder/device with working platform/ cage at the top end, may be necessary....

I want to compain about A water plant Named Dr Water made recently at Sheetla colony .It is leaked and water comes in my house as it has not been prepared properly .So I please to take a superior action on it as soon as possible...

Sewer overflow in line[protected] line for past more than 10 days.
We have complained to local authorities here, but no resolution yet.
Please help as lot of sewer overflow infront of homes in line....

As it is the duty of the works to collect garbages from house and they get also payment from government so by they are taking charges for garbages collection..they warn us that they will charge 600rs per month for taking garbages and if i not give them they will not take my garbage..so where i will kept the garbage i can't through it anywhere else also so ahould i kept that garbages on my house!!!???

We have many stray dogs in dhram colony palam vihar extension lane no 4 nd back side lane. They are barking nd just running behind kids. They don't even let us sleep as they keep on barking. Please do something for it as its very annoying nd can be dangerous as they will also run behind our car.. please do something....

Complaint no. 175438. Already raised days back but no actions taken yet.

Sewage is leaking. No help is being provided.

Only 2 days back, a MCG person came (Javed Khan) to check but instead asked for incentive saying - "Sir, my shoes being torn, can you give me another pair", so I gave him. And just after 10 mins, he left saying that the machine will be needed. TIll now, no one came with machine or even in person.br...

1. It is brought to your kind notice that sewerage line around plot no.-341to 345 Sector 47 Gurgaon is badly blocked and there is the overflow of contaminated dirty water which is dangerous for the residents of this whole area and causes a lot of stinks.
2. In view of the above you are requested to take immediate action to clear the blocked sewerage line in order to avoid any contagious disease spreading amongst...

Please remove Street dogs from our street as they start bitting the people's . At night they make noises. It's difficult to enter in our houses in night .

We had a sewer cleaning done on Monday.During the cleaning of the sewer, its mud was dumped on the road itself.When I asked when this mud would be picked up, he said it would be picked up by tomorrow.But no action should be taken yet! Now There is mud all over the colony.People have trouble walking.Even when I call customer care, there is no help.The stinking smell of garbsge was unbearable. Sir Please solve this issue as soon as possible....

Municipal dues amounting 4685.00 paid on 05/Jan/2021 against the property bearing property ID 326C13U5P170 and No dues certificate Sr. No. 012/[protected]/[protected] dated 05/Jan/2021 is also issued.

But when I go to name change in property tax record the amount is still outstanding.

Please do the needful at the earliest...

There are trees touching our house which are totally by insect and they are invading
All our floors in messive numbers .
They are getting into woodwork and our living spaces .
I request that immediate action be taken to spray this trees ....

With Your Permission the team of airtel digged in front of our House No. 1871 Sector 46 & After piping done the Filling is done in a way it is creating problem for us on daily basis in form of lot of Sand spreading around our house.

Kindly advise them to come & Make it the Same as it was earlier before digging....

I am a resident of sector 47 Gurgaon.
On a daily basis at night (around 10 pm onwards) stray dogs in my neighborhood start barking and continue barking throughout the night.

It has become a huge problem for us now.
Kindly do something about the same.

I stay in laxman vihar phase 1 gali no 14.
There are multiple street connect us to road.
However many street that connect to road are blocked by people.
I would request if some one can visit and help on the same.

I have paid water bill no 121317VINOD13329 for consumer no 12232794 of rs 28434, payment deducted from my card but bill payment shows failed. Pls get clear my outstanding or get returned my payment for re payment....

Sector 7 gurgaon, couple of dogs have become aggressive in past few weeks and one of them sits of the cars parked outside and have scracthed all the cars.. would request you to rescue them to a proper enviornment. Thanks...

Pls install 2 new street lights which has been left before . it has been left at govt. well and gov. bijli poll . it became dangerous for other people because st night there is full darkness and my house in front of that. Pls pay attention toward this problem...

Taste and try food corner opened last month in the adjacent house. It creates ruckes everyday.
They have 3-4 partners and they are very loud and opened till late night hours. They put their 4 stands and tandoor outside the shop and on the walking path which is illegal. Cars are used to park outside our home. People come and eat and throw disposable used plates outside home. Sometimes in late hours people drink and eat in cars and blow...
