Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a resident of c4-g block, janakpuri. There are at least 6-7 packs of dogs in the society here. They have become territorial and really aggressive. Though all of them are a menace, I have found one of the pack which lives near the society park, Thakural Vatika to be really aggressive. I have fend them off on numerous occasions and I have reason to believe that one day they will cause serious harm to someone. A lot of the residents carry wooden sticks with them to protect themselves and this option is not always present, for example, while going out to park and to society gate to go to office.One day ago they attacked on me and Today they attacked on Small child and his mother and after that resident have become increasingly fearful.

I request you to help solve this problem by catching these dogs before they cause serious harm to anyone.

We are facing problems in my area (nirankari colony gali no. 3 house no. 72), drain water jam in drains (naali) of neighbours from last 3 months and dirty water are spread in front of road and main gate of other resident of flat but no one is bother to clean the naali due to that mosquitoes are in that dirty water.

So please kindly focuson my complaint and try to open the naali..

I am resident of the paschim vihar, west delhi-110063; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray in the society. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike or behind people which lead to many accidents and attacks in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation.

I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

We are residents of C-Block, Sawan Park, Ashok vihar phase-3 Delhi-110052, New Delhi. There are..more than 5 street dogs in our area who use to bark and even bite the people of this residence. Due to barking whole night and peoples could not take proper rest and sleep. It is more painful to the old people and the patients.

Dog bite cases are increasing here day by day. Children cannot play outside as they scared of going outside due to Dog Bitting of street dogs. They made our life scary.So kindly send your dog squad to take action seriously. As mentioned address above.

Builder is building unauthorized hotel of 1500 sq. yards by including government land. He is destroying government portion and creating unauthorise entry. Address is 1546, Church Road, behind Ritz cinema, Kashmere Gate, Delhi (Near Kashmere gate metro station). I have documents that they are destroying government land. He had purchased this commercial land as residential and cheated government by paying very less stamp duty. I have documents that it is commercial place since 1950s.

Sir, i would like to bring to your notice the illegal enchroachment in our street. I am residing in Street no. 3, Baljeet Nagar. The street is very narrow & there is hardly goof space for people to move.
Here people have constructed their houses way above the ground level & then constructed 3-4 stairs in the street & then they also park their vehicles aside the stairs leaving almost no space for people to move. I request you to please visit our area & take strict action against this illegal enchroachment.

I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with
the stray dogs in our colony.
There are lot of stray dogs which troubles the locals
They even keep barking through out the night resulting in
lack of sleep to us. Request you to look into the matter at your earliest convinience as it has become a problem of serious concern.

Dogs have created a terror in our area...we people can't move out from our homes due to the increasing no of dogs in our colony...it is request pls take them away nd provide some proper place for dogs children cannot play Or go out as these stray dogs r becoming dangerous for all o[censored]s.plzz do something for...

This is to bring to your notice the inhuman and the appalling condition of the animals inside the dairy which is running inside the kotal nala, south extension. Not only is this a gross violation of the ruling of the hon’ble hight court of delhi (Common cause vs uoi 31st may 2007, w. P. (C) 3791/2000) which has directed the delhi police to work with mcd and ndmc is stop all dairies running in the city premises and move them outside the city, it is also inhuman for anyone to keep animals in such a disgusting condition. The high court in its order also directed police to launch prosecutions under section 98 of the delhi police act, 1978 and section 289 of the indian penal code, 1860 against the owners of any cattle and bovine animals which are found on the streets and roads.

One visit to the place is enough to shake the conscience of any person. The cows sit right inside the drain and are forced to drink the drainage water! Not only is this unsafe for the cow, it is absolutely dangerous for the people also who consume the milk from these cows. This inhuman treatment to the cows is violation of the hon’ble supreme court of india directive where it clearly states are citizens are duty bound to show respect for animate world (Manu/sc/0154/2016). Right to dignity of animals is an integral part of article 21 of the indian constitution which has to be upheld by the state at all times. This is also a violation of article 51a (G) which directs it citizens to have compassions towards other living creatures.

Hi, We are living in Bhagwati Garden Extension, Dwarka Mor. There is no system for Garbage collection, people used to throw garbage in blank plots, to succeed swach bharat abhiyaan please make some system to collect garbage from homes. As it is very difficult to find place for garbage in our area. Some times we use Najafgarh sewer for the same, but it is not hygiene because after some time smell of garbage will affect health condition of we people.

I am a resident of Fblock in sector 15 Rohini, there is plot F18/43 which is vacant fro last 10 years and owner is also not available, are lots of mosquitos and water logging due to which there are lots of diseases. I have also lodged a complaint in MCD Rohini zone but no action has been taken .
i would request the authorities to take some action on my complaint .

Water are blocked here for drain overflow.

Mosquito are born here on a large scale.

I live in f - block vishnu garden, new delhi-110018
There is a house infront of our house... Where people living around (Mostly people living on rent) are throwing their garbage. The condition is so bad that one day that garbage catches fire and everyone of our neighbours including us was in big trouble... That day the house owner came and clean that garbage. But now its more than a year passed same condition is there.. A lot of garbage in that place again..in our area garbage van is also coming regularly but then also some illtrate people throw garbage there at night when no one is watching them
Result of that garbage a huge number of cases of malariya, chicken gunia, dangue, basic reason of flu...in my home everyone is suffering from flu and some from chicken gunia and alot in the neighbourhood..
I have word with municipal co operation last year but reply i got was "we can not do anything you should talk to the owner"
This is the mantality of some people working in mcd in our area.
I want some strict action so that the garbage should be removed and my family and people living nearby all who are suffering from diseases... Are in pain... Not able to work for their families... Because of no action taken by anyone to clear this garbage and give us a clean enviornment..

I am a resident of Pink Apartments, sec 13, rohini, Delhi -85 and want to complain regarding a stray dog which has really created a menace. It has already bitten 4-5 people which not only include kids but grown ups as well.It is really causing a great trouble. With each passing day it is becoming hard to manage as it climbs up the building's stairs and doesn't allow anyone to pass by. This is not the first complaint. The people living here have already complaint 3-4 times but the authorities have lend a deaf ear. This problem needs an immediate action and solution. I hope with this complaint action would be taken in a day or two.

Necessary measures may kindly be adopted to remove stray dogs from J3 block Rajouri Garden. A group of dogs in the locality are attacking senior citizens day and night. It has become unsafe for people to move around as every other day at least one person is being attacked by these dogs. Request for your urgent action. Today my father has been attacked and tomorrow someone else will. It's dangerous for the residents to go out of the house.

I want to put to your notice that:-There is Unauthorized and illegal construction going on in 13/27, 3rd Floor, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-60. The owner of third floor is constructing on the terrace of third floor which is not in notice of MCD Authorities. It wii be Technically 5th Floor The building is old and before1990, and weak also. It can damage the construction and in future there can be some unforeseen circumstances also.owner of Third floor, Mr. K. K. Please Stop the illegal &unauthrized construction with immediate action as it has been going on from past few months

I am a resident of Rohini sector 24 pocket 21. There is a black stray dod in this lane with white patches. It has attempted to bite several people and children which makes it difficult for everyone to walk safely. Kindly look into the matter as it is worsening day by day and children as well as adults are scared of the mad dog.
Also, there are so many strat dogs here which keep barking day and night making living difficult.
Hoping to get that dog caught as soon as possible atleast for children's safety!!!

I would like to inform you that i am a resident of Block B-4, sector 18 rohini. We want to lauge a complaint against stray dogswe are very much in trouble bcoz of this every time they sit on stairs in between roads every where. Please do somefhing to solve this problem. One or two are come to bite some time. Please look into it As soon as possible.
