Part amount paid through imuthoot app for Rs.3000 on 8th July"22.. From my account it was debited and and in the muthoot app it still shows as initiated.. when I visit branch to recover my jewel they said amount not credited hence i need to wait 7 days to know the status.. there is no proper response as well.. I have shared my successfull transcation ID for that payment but still they are not accepting it.. who will bare the interest for this 7 days??? The issue is with Imuthoot app and no proper team to resolve the issue.. no one is picking the call in the top management and even customer service.. if there is any issue or concern who will help in muthoot finance??
