Muthoot — Complaint against staff members

I went to Miyapur branch near Alwyn cross road to pay the interest money, but the members in the office are not doing their responsible duties properly. I'm saying this because they were saying the time is up and we can't do it today, you have to come tomorrow. I've asked why, they replied the time is up. I went in around 5:20 to 5:25 there is still time left to 5:30. There are three members in the office, got together in one room and discussing matters and laughing.
