We had kept the gold for money for so many times, but this time they had rubbed the gold with a stone and when we asked him, wt are you doing, but he did not respond properly and it happened on 6/5/2019, and we does want keep gold loan in muthoot if do like this. We had taken loan in name of Annapoorna K.M

They Don't have Even Manner How to Behave with customer... Request you to Take Strict Action Against Such Guys.
They confirmed me over phone that u will get 25, 500/- agar 11.7 weight but they Refused once reached the Branch...
