I have taken the gold loan on 20/09/2018 vide no. Mws-561 of rs. 94, 500/- from your tinsukia branch. Whereas, i have finalised my balance due on 06/05/2019 and take possession of my ornament. While taking it i found that my necklace and ear rings were defect which was fully noticeable when i have pledge them my ornaments were in good condition and looks glazed (I do have the photo of my ornaments before and after in the branch desk). I along with my husband immediately raise issue to the manager at the branch desk. The manager was clueless and tell us that he is newly posted in the branch. Then we have given a written complaint to him. He then tell us that he will discuss the issue with his senior within few days. Yesterday 15/05/2019 i asked about the issue with the manager. He tells me that his senior official didn't give any solution.
So i request to kindly rectify the defects as early as possible. If you send me the link where i can attach my ornaments photo. I will send them. And keep the faith of customers. Otherwise i will bound to post the photos in social media, print media and national news channel and to your competitors about your service.
