Muthoot Fincorp Ltd — amount got deducted from my account

My name is sapna chavan i have account in bank of india kalamboli branch done my online transaction through bhim app to muthoot fincorp ltd kalamboli branch on 6/6/2019 my amount got deducted from my account. I have sent my all proof like bank statement bhim transaction screenshot and mail came from bhim app. But muthoot fincorp ltd is saying it has not yet come and not ready to give my amount refund.
