Muthoot — gold loan auction without prior communication

My gold was auctioned without any intimation to me and this is the biggest setback given to me.. I would be filing a court case against the anna nagar branch (Near reliance digital). The reasonable efforts were not made to establish any contact with me. There were no calls made to me, nor any email or any other way i was reached. This has been the most unfortunate and unprofessional experience. As an employee of tata consultancy services i would like this to be spread word to. Mouth to one and all and they should know what muthoot claims and what they eventually treat their customers like.

Updated by [email protected] Here are the proofs that even the mail communication never reached me. When I confronted the Muthoot branch, they showed me the proof that it was sent to Mylapore while I stay in Anna Nagar.. Additionally they said they had called me and my number was not reachable. I asked them to dial in front of me and the number was easily reachable.
I have the images of mail sent back due to wrong post office of Mylapore. They gave me a loan of 3.6 lacs the value of which today is at least 15 lacs plus. I need to get my gold or my amount after adjusting the principal plus interest immediately
