Muthoot — Gold loan payment failed but cash gone reg.

Sir,
This bring to your notice that i have transferred the amount rs 40000to muthoot finance gold loan account through webpay. The transaction was failed and the money was not credited to gold loan account.

But i received a message from the bank that the bank had deducted Rs 40029.5 from my bank account and the massage is follows;
