[Resolved]  Muthoot — regarding personal loan closure

I have contacted muthoot customer care number for the forclosure of my existing personal loan with contract no
PLCOK002501 wrote email regarding the closure, forwarded my id proof, bank statement states i have maintained sufficient balance for closure the same had been send to the mail id [protected]@muthootgroup.com they were telling a time frame of 15 days for loan closure so that they can get 15 days interest also from the customer. I have visited their main office in Ernakulam Kadavanthra they were also not cooperative they saying they cant do anything. I have the payment schedule and informed that i will pay more amount than the actual as i required a confirmation for giving to my bank for a home loan. I had given a confirmation to the bank that i will close my existing loan if i got sanctioned the home loan. The office people was not helping and the contact number provided also not picking up the call why such irresponsibility towards a customer? If they need interest for 15 days am ready to pay for that also but none of the NBFC is makeing so much waitage to the customer kindly help to resolve the complaint because iam togally fedup to contact them
