Muthoot — Resolve my issue in Muthoot Finance, my loan account is traceless against my gold

Myself Pulack Chandra Das I'm from Katihar, Bihar
I got a loan from Muthoot Finance against my gold in 22/10/2020 in Purnia, Bihar
Due to some urgent family issue, I'm in out of station for a long time for serious Medical issues that's why I'm not able to pay the interest money to the company. So I think that's why I can't able to see my loan status.
So I kindly request 🙏you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
I will greatful to you
