Muthoot — transaction failed but money debited

On 16th april 2020, i was paying my gold loan interest of rs 5632 through the imuthoot upi but in the imuthoot app it showed that transaction has failed but in my google pay the amount has successfully paid to muthoot.
Then i have contacted my respective bank, they have told that amount has transfered to muthoot but the thing is that i have not got any confirmation by muthoot.
Please help me, i am worried about my money.
