My Happy Journey — complaint as an employee

Being an employee of this company, having worked for 5 months i have come across various issues. Starting from salary to incentive structures to internal policies, higher management's behavior has been a nightmare to me. Salary was not paid on time. Incentive were not given even achieved targets.in all not at all an employee friendly company. Literally had to beg for the salary every month. Never got salary on the 5th day of the month. No insurance given as was promised while interviews. It was mentioned in their job post in indeed.com. But no medical insurance was given. Even when the company has more than 7 employees they don't have a pf structure also. Apart from salary issues, there were no leaves given, no work from home considered yet few of the employees got the privilege not everyone. There was a a partial behaviour internally by mr. Karthikeyan which prevailed in the company. Being the owner of the company he only had focus on profits and nothing else. No services being provided no policies, no transparency. Rules change without any prior notice. I have not been given my incentive for the month of may, even though i worked and achieved my targets. And was given some lame excuse that as the client has not paid full amount yet i am not eligible to get the incentive. Since two months i am struggling to get my incentive. Having left this company i would like to say only one thing that never trust a company like this which doesn't care about their employees also.@karthikeyan @deepikaraj
