So basically I placed below two orders for two lipsticks in each package (total 4)
In both the orders One lipstick each is missing. So when I raised a complaint, they asked for the proofs (carton, bill, etc) which I provided...After days of chasing they are replying that it was scanned and packed well so they can't do anything now..(basically they meant I am lying)
I replied back to give me the proofs that it was packed well...since I didn't receive it. I have complete right to know about the products I paid for since it's not completely delivered to me ..they are just replying the same mail again and again.
I need my money refund or the missing products
