I have got "powder magic" from myglamm in november. Picture shown and the product received is totally different. Colour is so much different.
Since november i'm requesting them to take action on my request.
Firstly they are too slow to reply over email and i have to top-up again to get a response from them.
Secondly when i requested them to return and refund, they completely said no. They are not ready to listen to my complaint and just said no.
