I had placed an order on 20th August 2022 and it was out for delivery within 2-3 days. Delivery person called me and asked me to come near to the main road. I reached there, but he was not available. I tried to call back to the same number but no luck.
Till date, I am yet to receive the product. I tried to cancel the order from myglamm whatsapp chatbot, however it is not allowing me to cancel the order. always saying order is in transit and can not be cancelled.
My Money is currently blocked. Request for an urgent resolution. Either return my money ASAP or deliver the product on high priority.
