I'm facing the same issue, i regret for opting MyGubbi for my interiors. I've made the half payment a month ago and still i didn't receive complete drawings.
Whatever Maruti said is true.
My project is not complete yet, but i'm facing the same issue. point highlighted below.
No one answers your calls.
You need to keep following up with them. And they might answer the call if you try calling from a different number.
Emails are answered only after multiple followups and that too are worthless.
No co-ordination between any one - Sales, Designers, back-end workers, supervisors, carpenters.
No one is responsible and their Customer relations or the escalation points are the biggest joke.
The sales and designers promise they can do anything, they do not stick to their words.
Everyone has the same attitude and you will see them finger pointing at others.
I wish i had read this review before opting MyGubbi.

Can’t agree more -90 days over and we are still pursuing for closure of our issues. Heights of insensitivity to client issues and they are not bothered about customer. The operations team is the disgusting part of the whole episode who always pushes the blame on to the design and sales team.
Worst part is there is no response even after a consumer forum complaint, India should have laws to halt the operations of such companies who are immune to customer promises. Very very very bad.

I have a ready to move flat and I'm waiting on mygubbi designers to finish. I wish I haven't paid the advance. The sales are prompt until they complete the registration process. Once done, we are left hanging in the air. when we ask for a meet to complete the design. I had a 2 and half hour meet (while taking leave from my work) and came up with nothing. After they got our floor plan right, they added in some extra cabinets in the design and hiked my extra cost to 50, 000/-. since, we already paid the advance, it means we are plainly screwed.
The designers are so so so lax, they come to your home sit and start their design work instead of coming with design outlook. My wife and me are literally unhappy by our stupid choice. These guys are just happy to trap people and they start their work rather slowly. It is a messed up work culture and code of conduct they have. we are getting rid of them for 12, 000/- rupees -- lost because we had to pay 10% of the charge before hand.

Looks like 100% of customers facing the same issue, faulty designs, pathetic manufacturing(full of deviation from actual design). Material delivery and installation is night mare for me... My interior installation is going on from 4 months... Still going on
