I request myntra people to once again activate my account so that i can use all my points and the available cash back and then you can do what ever you want to do. There has been no step taken by myntra.com to resolve the issue. Please take some action and get my acount activate. Pease send some notice to myntra .com asking them to activate the account

VERY POOR QUALITY

I bought a sling bag from myntra and guess what?????? after 3 days it tore this they call 100% original products

Order not received even after 10 days

I made an order on June 22nd and my expected date of delivery was June 29th. Till now I have not received the order and I have called the person in charge of my delivery twice but did not get a good response.

    Dear Sir/Mam, I stay in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. I had purchased dresses worth Rs.3818.00/- from myntra.com on 16th march 2014 and the same got delivered as two packages on 18th march 2014 and 20th march 2014 respectively. As per myntra.com policy, customer has to courier the product within 30 days if he is not satisfied with the same. Since I was not satisfied with the product, I courier it through FRANCH EXPRESS NETWORK to Vector E Commerce Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore address. The same courier got delivered on March 28, 2014 as per details provided by the courier service. Further, it has been 4 days since still the return order status is shown as In Transit. I had talk with the customer service department they said the return status has not been updated in their records. They told me to check with the courier people. On Friday 28th March 2014, when I had a word with courier people they said it has received and signed by Vector E Commerce on above date as per records.       Its with a great sense of disbelief that I write this mail to you. I ordered a item on date . I followed all the possible guidelines laid by your company . As a loyal customer I provided all the necessary details required. When your delivery boy (DeepakWadhwa [protected]) called, he refused to deliver the item to me because I refused to show him my i.d proof. It is NOWHERE mentioned on your website that one has to show your i.d proof. Moreover he engaged into an unnecessary argument and then started misbehaving with me.


      Its not the first time that I am using an e-commerce portal. I am a regular buyer from all the other websites. This was my first time that I used your portal and I am sorry to say that you have disappointed me BIGTIME.

      This is not the way a brand behaves with its consumers. There has to be some level of professionalism. I don’t think with this kind of attitude your brand will be able to sustain itself in the market.


      I will be posting this experience of mine on all the social networking sites and will be suggesting everyone not to buy from MYNTRA anymore.

      Your stern attitude is forcing me to head towards CONSUMER FORUM. I have no choice but to go there and lodge a complaint against this matter.

        dear myntra.com i have ordered a shoe on 19/3/14 and i got mail that i will get my order on 27/3/14 but on 26/3/14 i am going for my tour...so please send it on 25/3/14 by speed post...my flight is on 26/3/14 at 10'o clock morning...and if i get my order on 27/3/14 that time i will not be at home...so i request myntra.com to send my order on 25/3/17...i hope you will under stand my problem...

        i would to thanks consumer complaints for solving my half problem and i hope that you will solve my full problem...actually on 26/3/14 i am going for my tour that's why i ordered a new shoe from myntra.com on 19/3/14 and i got mail that i will get my order on 27/3/14 but i am going for my tour on 26/3/14 so i will be not there at my home that's why i request myntra.com to send my order on 25/3/14 by speed post...please i request myntra.com ...plrease myntra.com understand my problem...so i request muntra.com to send my orders on 25/3/14 by speed post...it's my request to myntra.com...

        Regarding pickup

        Initially they used to arrange pick ups to return any product but not now courier charges are very expensive when they are self shipped

          For my order 10829285 on the online shopping website www.myntra.com dated 8th March, 2014, I still have not received any the products after already being paid for. After a dispatch within 24 hours, I had received a mail informing me that the products will be delivered by the 14th of March. On the 15th of March I had received a phone call from an employee of the courier service Blue Dart, enquiring about the location of my house. He was at the maximum 1 km away from my house. It was almost 7 PM. He said he would get late in reaching back to his office which would take him 1 hour. So my products will be delivered on Monday. On the night of 17th March, Monday I lodged a complaint to Myntra.com giving them all the details. After tracking my order on the website it showed the remarks "Consignee not available at given address". This is absolutely false as no courier person had come to my house. On the night of 17th March, I had requested and executive if Myntra.com to make sure the delivery was done by the next day, ie 18th of March. It was completely ignored and on again calling Myntra.com on the night of 18th March I was told it would take them 3 working days from 17th March to reach the Courier Service office and enquire. The sole reason for asking the delivery to be done on the 18th of March is that I will be leaving Kolkata the next day and I needed the products by then. I feel extremely cheated on and humiliated, especially after an experience of shopping with Myntra.com for more than 2 years. It is sad to see their quality stooping down to such a low level.

            I have ordered two products on 6th February 2014. It has been sent through First Flight Couriers as shown in the website, but haven't recieved it till today (15th March 2014). I have complained about the delay in delivery to Myntra over phone. When I enquired yesterday in First Flight local office, they could not give any satisfying answer and told it casually that they will send it today, but haven't recieved yet. I would request Myntra to take these things seriously and ask for accountability from First Flight. My shipment id is 10795179 and order id is 10795179.

              I ordered an accessory on myntra.com n I haven't received it yet...I wanted to gift it to my sibling n I ordered around 9th feb 2014 n thought it'l reach on time...but it didn't receive it!! In fact, one month passed and I haven't received the parcel yet!!!, ...im very DISAPPOINTED with the service...I expect myntra to return the cash in my account as its too late!!

                I had ordered a pair of reebok shoes from myntra.com worth rupees 5999 which had a discount of 15 pc on price i.e. Price was 5099 and there was a further discount of 35 percent using coupon code extra 35. The final amount that was displayed in the shopping cart after availing these two discounts and adding VAT was around rs3665. I confirmed the order as cash on delivery and shut down the page. Today when I checked the order mail, the discount of 15 percent was removed in the order summary and only 35 pc coupon discount was shown and the final payment amount was shown as rs 4250 after VAT. When i called myntra they gave a weird reply that you put the item in bag before 12 am and ordered after 12 am so the prices changed. I think this is a malpractice that you all should know that even if you have put an item in your shopping cart its price can change which is reaLly unfair and i would like a refund of the said difference of around 600 rupees from myntra as I was not made aware of any such policy anywhere on there website.                   I had purchased Reebok shoes from Myntra.com on 28th Jan'14 and after few days I had used only for 15min and walked on road but all of sudden I felt down due to bad quality ( sole/ grip for shoes) so I had request for return of the product on 21st Feb'14 and next they send couriers boys to pickup the product but he said that I had used so couldn't be return so I talked to customer care and he said I need to upload some pics and also did for the same but still didn't get any response yet so I again called Myntra.com customer care and he promised me to update on this issue on7the Feb'14 but still no response yet. So If a customer want to highlight bad quality of product then only it will happen when we use the product but in this case I think Myntra.com want to run way for this issue and not taking this issue seriously and its almost passed 13days and still I am running for satisfactory solution/return.                     I purchased an item from Myntra.com and did not liked it so I decided to return it and claimed for a return.
                    But they have not refunded my money till now. Earlier they said it will be done on 7th March 2014 but now they are saying it is already done on 4th March 2014. And asking me to check with my bank. I did called my bank and the Bank is saying there is nothing pending from their end.
                    I have all the email conversation witch I had with Myntra.com.

                    If any other info required please feel free to ask.

                        Myntra gave a me coupon, I applied it successfully
                        but the payment was not completed processing is going and going going going going!!!
                        i waited for more than 1 hour for completion of my order.
                        Even after one hour there is no processing. Today i tried the same coupon but they are saying it was expired

                        Its not my problem they didnt complete my order even after successful completion

                        It was a big trick by Myntra.. No More Myntra for online shopping, , They are cheating people

                          I had ordered a t-shirt from myntra.com that was delivered to me on 22-Feb-2014.The product was defective and I immediately placed a returns request. It has been 9 days and no one has come to collect it until now.Inspite of multiple calls to their customer care department and formally issuing a complaint from their website, there is no responsible action from myntra.My money is stuck with them since I cannot get the cost incurred back to my account until the item is returned back.Please help in this regard by ensuring strict action against myntra.com.

                            I had placed an order of 6 items through myntra.com with Order No. 10522461 on 19 Feb 2014 for which I paid Rs. 5351 online. On the very next day I received all the items from them and when I saw one of the item I was bit disappointed as it was somewhat different from what I saw online. Anyways I thought to return all the items back to them, without even opening any other item and all the items were unused and with their tags intact. As on same day i.e 20 Feb 2014, I filled up online return for all the items and a form as well which was to be placed with the items. The items were picked up on 21 Feb 2014 by the same person who delivered them and I was hoping to see my money getting reflected within a day or two in my myntra account. But things turned ugly when I saw my online Myntra account that only 5 items were processed by them and they issued cash back for those but 1 item was still pending according to their website with Return Id 1106233. I thought it would take another day to rectify it but to my surprise I started receiving emails and messages from Myntra that they have scheduled the pickup for the item, which I have already returned. I wrote to them over email and called their customer care and was told to wait for three business days and response I got was really disappointing. They told me that their quality check department said that the item was in used condition and they wouldn't be able to process refund and strangely that too for an item which I didn't even open to see what's inside the box. It was quite a bad experience as first they tell me to return the product which I already did and then after taking time of 3 business days they tell me that product was "USED". I couldn't believe them because I didn't even try any of the product or removed their tags. Being their customer for past 1-2 years I was quite satisfied with their delivery and return policy but I didn't knew when a company grows it forgets its promises and assurance to their customers on which they built their ground.

                              I had requested return (due to poor quality material), on 5th feb and got Return ID: 1045694 & 1045697. On 8th feb a person from Bluedart Picked up the order with Tracking no:[protected] .Yesterday (12th Feb) Myntra's customer service ppl generated an new Return id saying the previous return id got cancelled and they rearranged the pick up. From that time onwards i contacted Myntra customer service many times regarding this matter but does not got appropriate response. now they are saying your order has never reached Myntra's warehouse, well the bluedart' tracking number shows the order has already been delivered on 11th of Feb. i have called myntra's customer service many times charging me over Rs.150 . still they say they have no idea about the previous Return id nor the product even i mailed them many times but no meaningful response. I think i have lost my money and the product that i have returned.

                                Delivery of Mismatch products

                                I have ordered a tee(polo) and a track. But to my surprise I was delivered a different tee some unknown brand and a shoes. I was shocked and asked them to return those products and deliver the exact products what i have ordered. But the delivery person refused to take those wrong items . Finally when my patience ran out and I started following up with them, I was told that the courier company does not have service where i live, which of course could not have been true since I've ordered and received multiple goods at the same address.                                 T-SHIRT UNFIT

                                I Purchased 2 t-shirts(XL) & found it small and tight in size.I returned them and bought largest size(XXL), but still found the t-shirts small/short and tight.This is very disgusting.Very poor service.

                                      This is to inform you that while trying to purchase a shoe from myntra.com an amount of Rs 3737 was deducted from my account on 24th December. ([protected]@hotmail.com) While trying to file a complaint at their customer complaint they simply stated that they hav'nt received that amount when my bank clearly confirmed that the amount was deducted through post purchase. It would be great if you guys could help me out here.

                                      Hi I am facing the same problem . I made an online payment of Rs.1851 on 06.02.2014 and Myntra says they haven't received my payment and neither are they willing to help me in this case.
                                      This kind of reply from an online shopping site like Myntra.com is ridiculous .
                                      It would be really great if you could help us .

                                      I have noticed that You have being given 400rs off on your first shop from app but it did not being applied . Reply me as soon as possible otherwise I will cancel the order.
