I ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra, which were defective. So after raising a return request, they provided me another pair of shoes in exchange for the defective pair.

The new pair looked good when I opened the box, but as soon as I tried the shoes and tied the laces, Black rubber part holding the lace snapped from one of the shoes.

I raised a return request again, but they are not accepting the return stating that they(Myntra) shipped the product after stringent quality check.

I have had more than 6 phone conversations, and a lot of email conversation explaining the issue and asking them to accept the return. But Myntra rejects it every time.

I ordered a forever 21 black solid v-neck t shirt (Code:1621875) on july 29, 2017 paid for through cash on delivery.

I created a return request for the same on july 31st after receiving the delivery of the product. The concerned person who picked up the product, did not give me any slip/acknowledgement for the successful pickup even after i demanded it from him.
However, i received a message from myntra that the product has been successfully returned and that the payment will be refunded in a few days.

Now after 2 weeks of the successful pickup, the payment dor the same is not reflecting in my bank account. Kindly, look into this matter and initiate a refund asap.

Ordered a jogger in Myntra on 30th July. It was delivered on 4th August. It was small in size. I kept a return request on the same day of delivery. Two times I got message like your pick up delivery will be there today messages to me. But no associates dint called me. And I tried several times but there is no response by them. I think Myntra is cheating the customer by keeping a return process like this. This the second problem to me by Myntra.

Firstly they are not selling original product, when i returned the product, they picked my product even after 3 days of their specified time... And then after a month that too by making so many calls they said that product failed quality check and it was used... Someone please tell them how a used product can have all tags labels everything intact, even their customer care executive accepted that all the tags were on place... Total exploitation...!!!

I had ordered 2 items from this site. One blue top from mast and harbour around 293 (Return numb :[protected] and the other one from dressberry women black shoe which costed 884 (Return numb :[protected] these items have been picked successfully but there's not result of the return cash in my bank account. To whom so ever is it cincerned I would like to complain about the refund by myntra.
I have not received my refund even after 12 working days.
I had cancelled my order on 30th of july only. And I hope myntra is not a cheat.

I ordered huetrap orange printed round tshirt on 31july2017. Order Number:[protected]-1878003. Of rs.503.i didn't received order at all but delivery got resecudule 3times and got msg on 12.8.2017 that product delivered.i called delivery person alex his number is [protected] provided by you through mail and sms. He told me its wrong number. I really don't understand how to contact myntra. Ph is constantly busy.i asked for return policy there also i mentioned that i didn't receive product. I want my refund. Still i didn't got any reply from myntra.

I ordered a white style benetton shirt order number[protected]-7869901 and i got a poor quality of shirt which seemed like it was already used. I had requested the return request the day i received the shirt but when the pick up arrived to collect the shirt he said that the shirt is dirty. I said to him that i received the dirty shirt that is why i returning it but he denied to collect the shirt.
This type of mistake is not forgivable in which substandard quality of product is delivered to the consumers. If defected product are delivered then company should be ready to take the product back and refund the money.

I requested for return of my orders 4 times and that fraud company named myntra didn't pick my return i am suffering from this problem since 11 july.. Every time they create a new order number after 4-5 days. And contionuosly playing gimmick with the customers, if the company capability to solve the problem then why these type of companies are running business continuously. They rejected my request of return by asking that address is invalid but at a time when they delivered this product to me then the same address seems to be valid for that fraud company.

I made a return request on Aug 04 2017 and I got msg that they accepted my request and expect to pickup on or before 07 Aug. Return no.[protected]. The most trouble they create for me that they don't accept email directly now, in response they telling me to contact them directly from all through 'Contact us' but there are no option to e-mailing but a customer care number but also that is not toll free. I never experience such trouble with myntra before, really very disappointed.

Myntra i belived on you.. But what are you doing this now..? U can deliver the products on my address but at time of return the addres is out of service area.. Why? Why you deceive customers like this.. My expensive order which are useless for me.. What i do of it.. And my hardearned money? Who is responsible??? Ok let se what you do for solving it... Last hope

I have ordered roadster pack of 2 slim fit v-neck t-shirts of rs. 549 and mast & harbour navy single-breasted casual blazer of rs.2449 from myntra yesterday. I've paid a total amount of rs.3026.27 on 08- aug-17 01:02 am through sbi net banking. The money was deducted but the order was not placed. Kindly consider my complaint.

I am a regular costumer of myntra.com and i am from jamkhandi of bagalkot district karnataka why myntra.com is not providing a cash on delivery (Cod) to our pin code 587301 we need cash on delivery (Cod) previously service was available but nowadays the service has been discontinued... Most of our people used to get purchased but now they are not though jabong flipkart shopclues and all are providing the same why not myntra whats it problem

It got dispatched on 1 august 2017 and 3rd august was the date for delivery however till today i have not received my order and customer care executives are not helping. Now today i received a message stating it will get delivered by 7th august. But i need this order before rakshabandhan. It is really important to me. I need this order as soon as possible. Order no[protected]-502501your delivery person gautam halder called up stating that he had a deliveryand i had requested him if it could be delivered later itn eh day or tomorrow as i was not available at my residential address as i was in officed/ i had got a message from myntra stating it would be delivered during the day no time was given and the said person was extremely rude stating that if i did not take the package now it would go back. That is not expected when we people do alot of online purchase through myntra. I had requested him to come at a timing convenient to me or even call me in advance to let me know of the package but he was extremely rude.

May i request you to inform your logistics personnel to kindly give the customer a time frame in order to be available to collect the package and there is always a second attempt a package cannot be denied by just a phone call stating that it will be returned back as this was the first attempt

I also also placed many orders on myntra.

Kindly look into this matter seriously

Am registering here against myntra for the following issue:
Have placed a shirt from myntra app on 17th july and returned it back due to some quality issue in the same condition as received. But myntra declined my return saying it don't have the price tag. Although i provided it with price tag. Seems lost by someone who took the return. I was also ok with it but till now i didn't received my shirt. Its been more than 1.5 months. Myntra declined to give my money back and not returning my shirt also. Have several times (7-8 times) called myntra regarding the same issue but issue still persist. Really annoyed with myntra service. Please help on resolving this issue to get back my product for which i paid long back.

I am regular customer at your site.. My order no. Is[protected]-1496403. Delivery date is on 2 aug 2017.. Due to your management it was going to be predelivered. I was not available at correspondent address till yesterday so i tried to manage with your delivery boy today but he was so rude. This incident had been happened with me eralier too.. I am a regular customer of myntra and I ordered supra men shoes white shoes with order no.[protected]-9677301 and the shoes were delivered on 07/07/17. After that I opened the box and found the material of the shoes was not good, I didnt even try the shoes and I decided to return them. Later I requested to return them with return no.[protected] on 14/04/17. When their associate came to pick the product, he told me that it is not passed in quality check and my return request was declined. I tried to contact customer care three times from my registered mobile no. [protected] but they just sent me an email that 'your returned request is declined'. Again I request to return with return no.[protected] but it was also declined. When I didn't even try the shoes then how they could be failed in quality check. And myntra didn't even tried to check it again from another associate.
