I purchased a set of kitchen ware which was very low quality so I returned it. The customer care were not helpful as one said they don't refund and another pretended to transfer the call to a supervisor who promised refund but just as he informed I received a call back from their backend team who refused refund and was very rude. She also informed me that they don't have supervisors who take calls. Finally, I was left with the voucher I could...

I was recently courier to my home address a NAAPTOL Scratch card, worth LAKHS. Clearly this looks like a fraud, add they would certainly be asking to pay the tax and regulatery fees to be paid well in advance, as duly stated on the scratch coupon.

We want the company, to publicly acknowledge this as FRAUD, save respond affirmatively on this data breach.

How can our personal data, available only with Naaptol is...

I have ordered 3 Compartment tiffin from Naaptol on 18/10/2021 but they are not helping me to get that product delivered.
Naaptol has sent me a replacement but they send me to a spray bottle pump instead of a tiffin. I have paid Rs.600/-

I called them and messaged multiple times but they are delaying the process and today at 06:59 PM I called them to know whats the issue and the executive...

This is in response to a letter that I have received to my address on 18th October 2021, along with a scratch card(which has shown that I have won 12, 50, 000 INR). It's so shocking to know that our details are no longer safe with your company. The letter had a seal and asked us to provide my bank details and thumb impression. I would appreciate it if you take proper action against these scams. Thank You....

This is not n95 masks. It is useless against covid. This doesn't have 5 layers. It is not 100% cotton. They are making people fools by selling low quality products and by false advertisements. This is not my first order. I hoped that they will not give masks as low quality products. I bought 50 masks. I can't say n95 masks because they have 5 layers. This is the worst online shopping site I've ever seen. A shopping full of liars....

Received a letter from naaptol saying there's a lucky draw on account of 13th anniversary and there is a scratch card..Upon scratch, there was Kia Seltos car. I don't trust this since we received calls on lucky draw before too from Homeshop...

Sir,
I got a post in that one scratch card and one paper. That scratch has 12.5 lakhs cash prize .
So to get the cash prize send your bank details and mobile number to credit in your account and they gave a wattsapp number . To that number send your details they said .
So its fake or real . Whether it is from your or some one is pretending these ...
So kindly inform as soon as possible...
