I have applied for NEETPG 2023 Applicant ID - PG23012838 . Initiated Payment via UPI rs.4250 examination fee on 8th of January at 9.28 am, money has been deducted from bank. Payment was received by NBEMS And Purchase was Confirmed by NBEMS. "But my Application Form shows payment Failure". Raised Several Queries to NBE Helpdesk - Responded as "Payment Settled in query no. 4006 & 5535 and asked me to login to check the application status"....
When I was trying pay the fee using UPI, money was deducted from the account, but the payment process got failed and my payment status remained failed. I didn't get back the money.
After waiting for sometime, I used another payment method and successfully completed payment and application submission.
