National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Double debit of toll charge at pampampallam

Address: SREEPADAM, ANJALI LANE ,PALLIPURAM P.O

Debited two times for one journey as detailed below from acc 34161FA[protected]A0 at pampampallam toll plaza.

While traveling towards Coimbatore from Palakkad, sensors not recognised my fastag and asked me to pay double though there is sufficient balance, but deducted the charge from my account. For recharging revered the vehicle, recharged and moved second time. At that time also debited the amount. Two times debited.

SBI FASTag Acc ending with 751A0 VRN: KL09AL4886 debited Rs.65 Toll Charges at PamPamPallam Toll Plaza on 19-Oct-2021 08:42:20 AM Bal Rs.1325.88

SBI FASTag Acc ending with 751A0 VRN: KL09AL4886 debited Rs.65 Toll Charges at PamPamPallam Toll Plaza on 19-Oct-2021 08:55:18 AM Bal Rs.1260.88

Please do the needful not to disturb the journey due to technical issues of toll authorities, if so they should also be penalised as in the case of customers. Also refund the excess payment made to the same account

Also please consider the second entry of the same vehicle from either side must be charged with reduced rate.
