National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Double Toll Tax collected even though fastag active and balance available

When we cross at Aroor toll plaza by car, they charged Rs 80 /- for one way saying that fast tag shows 0 balance when Rs 165/- balance available in my fast tag. The people was available at toll place was not listening anything what I say. They given the slip for Rs 80/- with wrong vehicle number as noticed later by me.My vehicle No. KL 07 CS 9257. Hence the excess amount shall be refunded to me immediately. Copy of slip attached.
