National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Extra Amount Deducted from my fastag While cross on the tool

As i traveling to my office on everyday via Kolapapcheri toll plaza at Vandalur to Minjur Outering road, single trip charge Rs23 return as same day Rs 12 as per toll plaza charge of car, but my case today 25th July 2023 they consider two times of single trip on same day that means Rs 23+23 = 46 charge how it is doing this kind of mistaken..
