National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fast tag lane double charging

Address: Kozhinjipatti ( KM 392+921) on NH-7

Hi, I am a valid fast tag user. I recharged my account and entered the toll gate. At the counter they told i have a low balance and my account was blacklisted. Though i have a fast tag account. I was charged 120 instead of the fare -60Rs. When checked with the operator they told their system was not updated so they will fine me.

The toll is Kozhinjipatti ( KM 392+921) on NH-7.

As per the guidelines, i should be charged - nonfasttag penalty only if i dont have a valid fasttag. PLease find the amendment attached,
