National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fuel tank get damaged in highway due to broken rod on nh140

On 21st July I was traveling from Tirupati to Bangalore highway (NH140)
There is a broken steel rod on one of the bridges in highway (Bahuda River Bridge), because of that my vehicle fuel tank gets damaged and when I contact Toll Plaza CRO team they said that they are not responsible for my vehicle damage.

I request you to make the penalty for my vehicle and do the needful.
