National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Illegal collection of toll free from army personnel

I have travelled through the hattaragi toll on 23, 24 and 25 Dec 2020. Even after showing Identity card to the operator still the fee was deducted from my fastag account. The operator had clarified that fee will not be deducted but I have got the message about fee collection after 20 mins of crossing the toll. You may even see the CCTV footage of same.
