National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Misbehave of Toll Staff

I have crossed Diengpasoh Toll Plaza at Jowai on 30/12/2020 at 12:08:46. at toll plaza when I told the counter staff to debit the toll fees from my Fastag then the lady staff has asked another staff to check the validity of my fastag. Than that fellow behave very rudly and ask me to side my vehicle at the nearby office of toll gate than he entered one room and after 5 minutes he came and instructed to go. During the waiting time another fellow coming out from the office and inquired the matter and when I describe everything to him than he ordered me to wait untill the Ist fellow check the same. My question why scanner of toll gate fail to scan the fastag at toll lane and I have to wait nearly 15 minutes outside the toll gate for verification of toll. If you cannot improve the scanner of toll gate than ask for cash payment than such type of haressment is not to be faced by us. Also out side employees of that toll plaza are not in uniform.
